We stayed in the Arlington last month with a field for one of our kids. DEFINITELY not the best place for pre-teens, but even as an adult, I was pretty disappointed. There was dust on everything in our room, making it very obvious that it hadn't had a thorough cleaning in a while. It wasn't disgusting or anything, but it... More

First, I LOVE the Arlington! The history itself is just amazing. This is a beautiful, grand hotel right in the heart of Hot Springs-- within walking distance of most attractions. The live music and the lobby bar made our night so much fun! However, I would say the walls are very thin. Our neighbors across the hall were EXTREMELY loud... More

I like new and modern as well as old and antique! but I must have it clean! The first place I noticed the dirt was in the lobby ladies room. The floors were so grimy. Our room was okay, but dust was on most of the moldings and light fixtures...The floors, again, dirty! The carpet is quite textured so a... More

While the rooms are definatedly "aged" they are authentic. Great old southern hotel. Staff is great and very friendly. Hotel lobby area is great to meet and greet. Bathhouse is awesome and is worth the drive all by iteself.

Made our annual spring break trip with friends to Hot Springs and to The Arlington. The old girl continues to impress. If your looking for a upscale cookie cutter hotel go somewhere else, if you are looking for an experience stay HERE.

I had high hopes for The Arlington after hearing for years of its grandeur. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. The pros: - location - lobby bar - the bellman Joe was nice The cons: - check in - the lady checking us in was NOT friendly at all, bordering on rude. When she learned we were there... More

This was my second stay at Arlington Hotel & Spa. Beautiful hotel and accommodating staff. Wanda (supervisor) was particularly helpful with making sure we were happy customers. Thank you for a wonderful vacation. I'll be back!

I was excited to check out the historic Arlington on a recent visit to Hot Spring but that will be my first and last stay there. The outside is bit worn but actually very beautiful. The location was prime! The check in staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The lady at the front desk gave me my first clue that... More

The Arlington is a landmark in Hot Springs. The hotel has been around since 1875; don't expect shiny new surroundings. Most of the action is in the lobby. Even when there is no entertainment, guests sit around the tables enjoy the bar, eat popcorn, and play cards or chat. When we arrived for our Spa and Races get-away, we found... More
