We stayed at the Arlington for a girls weekend - we stayed on the same floor as Al Capone frequented, and we had a view of the park. The toliet in our room would only flush occasionally, that was our only complaint. The staff was very friendly. We even had massages and mineral baths. This is a great place to... More

We had an over all good experience. People complaining have unrlistic expectations of a nearly 200 year old building. The architecture is beautiful and it is old, of course it will have marks on the wall and other such things a brand new hotel wouldn't have. The Sunday brunch buffet was really good, we loves the bar lounge Atmosphere on... More

I have not stayed at this hotel since 2011 when I had problems there, but decided to give it a try again. All I can say is WOW. This hotel is experiencing a rebirth and a makeover, and plans are to continue improvements. First, it is clean! The lights, chandeliers, carpets, and curtains have all been cleaned, and in many... This is an older hotel that comes with those issues- however- those issues are minimal and it does have some great things too. The best is that it is in the center of the downtown area & bath house row. Great shopping, restaurants, sight-seeing, and any spa service you could want are just steps from the hotel. If you want... My daughter and I spent 2 nights at The Arlington Resort Hotel & Spa for a Mother/Daughter trip. I definitely appreciate the old and historical hotels and the beauty of the architecture of these magnificent places but this hotel is none of that! Unfortunately, it was just plain dirty. The walls in the hallways were filthy and needed a good... More

Love the history of the place and the spa is nice as well. Big rooms, older things (but I believe that gives it the character), and nice staff. I would recommend this hotel to people who enjoy history and appreciate good times!

Prime location right at the end of bath house row with views of the entire main street. Grand elegant lobby that takes you back in time. The staff was very nice and helpful. Spring fountains, old elevators, and the mail drop box are just a few of the perks of yesteryear. We stayed on floor 5, facing the street, had... More

My wife and I stayed one night here and we knew it was old and yes it can be noisy but that is just simply part of the Arlington experience. We stayed on the 10th floor in which we ask for because of the balcony which overlooks bathouse row and the park. Our stay was what we wanted, again, this... More

If you visit beautiful Hot Springs the Arlington is a must stay. It's rich in history and nostalgia. Enjoy the charm of hotels past where not everything is cookie cutter alike. The rooms are large and clean with some minor issues with dirty curtains. Very comfy bed and bathroom, with some neat older fixtures and tiles. The hot tub was... More

Not quite as nice as when I was there a few years ago. Enjoyed our stay though. We called reservations on Friday afternoon (8-15-14) and they have yet to call us back. We walked in on Saturday night and got a room though. We asked for more towels and washcloths and VERY promptly got more than we had requested. I... More
