I read all of the negative reviews for this hotel before deciding to stay here and must state they are all either snobs or just internet-haters. Yes this is an old historic hotel that may have seen better days but she is still a beautiful lady. This warmth and charm. If you want of sense of Hot Springs in its... More

So I am sipping coffee in the grand lobby of the Arlington and imagining the activity in its heyday. I almost didn't book this hotel because of all the mixed reviews. Let me say that if you want to stay at the Hilton then go ahead but don't knock this beauty in the process. Yes it is dated. It's 100... More

Hotel is in a great central location near the national park and bath houses. However, the hotel really needs to be updated. The rooms are really old and have seen better days. The worst was the parking. I didn't valet and had to park in the parking garage that was something straight out of a horror movie. Dark, creepy, no... More

Hvn visited this historical place several times now it's truly beautiful. The hotel has so much history with its architecture and links with mafia gangsters such as alcapone.has 2 pools on the 7th floor as well as hot tub. The rates are really good to depending on time of year. Me and my wife are here now visiting there's lots... More

After reading some of the negative reviews I almost didn't book a stay at the Arlington. That would have been a mistake indeed. The Arlington is a grand old lady with character and a history that few places in the United States can duplicate. Like a wise senior citizen, she is a bit wrinkled, but that only adds to the... We saw varying reviews about this hotel, but our experience was totally positive. We had 4 women, and there was plenty of space. The beds and bedding looked new, and we sleepy comfortably. We got a room with a mineral water tub, and soaking in it was very relaxing. We went on a Wednesday, and it was really quiet, but... More

I stayed here 8/20-8/22. I understand keeping the atmosphere of being a historic hotel but some things need upgrading. It is way past time for new carpeting, bathroom fixtures, and paint. Those things can be restored and renovated and still carry the historic value of the hotel. Otherwise it comes across as old and dirty. The entire pool area should... More

We were in town for wedding and were thrilled that we were going to stay at such a grand and historic hotel. Overall we are both happy we experienced such a storied and historic property, we are glad we can say. We stayed there once. Front desk staff is tired and not friendly. For the love of heaven do not... More

We went to this hotel on a Romantic Weekend Package. We requested weeks ahead to NOT have milk chocolate strawberries but to have dark or white choc. Milk ones were delivered! We went up to the pool level to have a hamburger and a couple of drinks. We had to remind the staff about our drinks order and then only... More

We stay here a lot and we love Hot Springs. This hotel is nice but needs a facelift; some rooms are more updates than others. The lobby and restaurant are nice. The location of the hotel is very convenient. Just go in knowing that it's a historic hotel and some rooms really show their age.
