The Arlington still has the charm of days gone by. I enjoyed the antique fixtures, receiving an actual key upon check in, and dancing to the band in the lobby. Although Hot Springs itself has seen better days, the stay at the Arlington was truly an experience. The rates were very reasonable ($130.00 on Mar 1), and the stay was... More

We read all of the bad reviews about the Arlington, but decided to embrace the history and stay anyway. We had one of the rooms on the top floors with the mineral water piped into the bathtub. The hotel seems very old, there's no way around that. If you enjoy history though, you'll enjoy it's age. From the incredible lobby... More

We stayed here for our honeymoon. When my husband went to retrieve our car from the self park area , our window had been broken into along with numerous orhers. The hotel was very helpful in covering the hole that was left open but I was not happy that they could provide a place to park your vehicle but not... More

I spent my summers as a kid in Hot Springs at a resort on Lake Hamilton and was super excited to come back as an adult and stay in a hotel downtown. I read tons of negative reviews about The Arlington and was skeptical. I must say the reviews were not even close to anything we experienced as a couple... More

Beds comfortable, rooms clean but old building and needed some attention on tiles in bathrooms. Rates moderate to high depending on time of year. Breakfast not complimentary and very expensive. Staff friendly. Able to get spa packages but reserve at time of making room reservation. Valet parking $17 dollar or pack down street with window card for free. Shuttle to... More

Don't believe the haters. This hotel still has the charm of the 20's with a great location in downtown Hot Springs. It had been several years since my last stay at the Arlington and after reading a lot of negative reviews I was hesitant about this stay. We checked in on a busy Friday afternoon and other than waiting a... More

The Arlington was a great place to stay! It is a historic hotel so don't expect shiny new rooms. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The lobby / bar area was so much fun. Great place to have a drink and people watch. The Sunday brunch was delicious. We will definitely be back!!

We stayed here for July 4th weekend. Had a wonderful room. Loved the lobby (it's gorgeous). Spent time out on the hotel patio sipping drinks from the lobby bar. Ordered room service for breakfast every morning. The breakfast was good and reasonably priced. Spent afternoons at the pool and late evenings at the hot tub. We even went down stairs... More

I have been going to this hotel since I was a kid..it is such a shame that they do not keep up to my standards of a real resort and spa.. I continue to go back because my husband loves it..but I have been pushing him for us to stay at the embassy suites because it is newer. so glad... More
