The room is clean and fine, service was okay and the breakfast was quite good too. Within walking distance to the train station. Only major letdown is the spa, which is something we went for particularly. Part of the spa was closed when we went. Suggestion: should have written in your website that only guests with swimming suits are allowed... More

1st time was with friends, it was a great time! service was good, room was clean, though alittle dated, but the room price was affordable. 2nd time was with family, had a great time also... since this hotel is one of the tallest around, you get to go to the rooftop and enjoy the view at night.

The resort is a little fatigue. The spa, which is what we came for, only has one pool, no cold water pool, and the outdoor open area pool has powerful jet, that in my mind bumps it up from a 3 to a 4. Room is quite fatigue, need some update.

Located right on the main line heading North South this place is not worth a visit..one of the pools in the male area was empty of water, the english was almost non existent like the western style breakfast...toast I guess counted as that as the rest was certainly more Asian. We booked online and indicated a shuttle bus pickup as... More

The resort are Japanese style. However, there are only 2 nude hot spring pool with the same temperature. The temperature of the hotspring pool are relatively low compare to Japan during my visit. It was around 38 degree celcius and there are no cold pool. But their breakfast are great with wide range of selection of Taiwanese style dishes. Restaurant... More

The hot spring is even in your bath tub! They provide with razor, shower cap, shmpoo, comb, soap, toothpaste and toothbrush. Can ask for extra pillow if you want to as they only gave 1. For muslims, breaksfast does not serve halal food but there is bread, butter, jam. Also sweet potato.. :-)

I recently visited Taiwan for the first time, with the usual anticipation of not knowing what to expect. I was impressed with the personal service provided by all the staff at Sun Spring Resort. No problem seemed to daunt this young team! My heartfelt congratulations to Jessie Yu and all the others whose names I failed to learn for delivering... More
