Good experience during check-in, the receptionist showed us around and introduce their facilities. Polite and friendly staff. Room is spacious, neat and tidy. There is a tub where hot spring water fill from the tap. We had buffet dinner and breakfast. Good spread of selection, quality is satisfactory; can be improved further. The hot spring is good. You must be... More

As soon as I entered the reception area I was impressed with the spaciousness. The room was huge, well appointed, comfortable and overlooking the pool and the valley. The room had a private hot spring bath but I went straight to the public hot spring bath which was so comfortable and relaxing. The public one has several indoor and outdoor... More

Stayed here once in 2008 and then again in August 2014. The entire resort has been really well maintained, even after all these years. Service is top notch, as well as the pool and hot spring facilities. The great thing about the resort is that they have a lot of free activities and entertainment day to day. Great set menus... This is our 3rd time visit the hotel. Our family of four(with two kids) arrived earlier and the room was ready for our early check-in, which is great! The hotel attendant showed us the room and gave us a short brief as always which felt like being taking care of. Out door pool is great both for adults and kids,... More

Generally a nice hotel. Service is good but some staff need exposure , more so language and understand guests . The accommodation room is a bit rundown and the flooring is a bit retired for the price they charged.

I don't understand the rave reviews about this property. Overall, the hotel was a letdown. Villa 32 in Beitou is one cut above! The biggest disappointment was the hotel design. The hotel looked like a structure converted from a warehouse. Check-in area was a disaster. The bakery was the centerpiece of the lobby and it sent a message that selling... More

We were very pleased with the staff and the buffet. The room is kinda small compare to other 5 star hotels, but the bed was very comfortable, cleaned to perfection. The hot spring was really fantastic! Not very quiet, can't blame the Hotel because it is a really good place to go on holidays. Worthed every penny, would love to... More

Location: Not near from the station. But it is normal for the hotel with hot spring to be away from town center or train station. I took rent-a-car so it was ok to get the place. It's walking distance to the waterfall and catholic church. Facilities and services: Gym with enough equipment, table tennis (typical hot spring inn), karaoke room,... More
