I came here to climb Adam's Peak. I arrived in the late afternoon with the driver that I had hired, and was given a welcome drink. The room was nice, fleece blanket on the bed as it gets a little cooler than rest of Sri Lanka at night. I had grilled chicken for dinner with boiled veg - I had... More

We were recommended this hotel for one night, to enable my husband climb Adam's Peak and we were not disappointed. We had an excellent welcome and shown straight to our room. The room could have been cleaner but was more than adequate. The view from the balcony was wonderful. We had a meal in the evening and it was the... More

We stayed here to walk Adams peak and whilst the accomodation was great for access to the walk that's as far as it went. The beds were dirty and smelt of mould, the sheets didn't fit the bed. The breakfast was not nice and the rates were definately not worth the money. On the upside The staff were friendly

I stayed here in April before climbing Adam's Peak. The room we had was amazing and the staff were extremely helpful in arranging a spare bed in the room. The food was ok - nothing to get excited over. The location is great for the walk up to the start of the climb to Adam's Peak - about ten minutes.... More

We stayed here to do Adam's Peak and it was fine. The rooms were nothing spectacular but clean and we had a balcony with a good view of AP. The staff were great and really welcoming. We paid 2000 rupees for 1 night which was slightly more than what we had hoped to pay but it was fine.

We stayed at Wathsala Inn as we were going to Adam's Peak. The atmosphere and hospitality were amazing and we felt immediately welcome! The rooms are not luxurious rather backpackers standard. The food was delicious and the manager deserves special mention. He is 68 years old, a marvellous aura about him. He was awake when we left to Adams Peak,... More

We stayed in the guest house for 1 night, following a friend's recommendation about a clean place to spend the night (or afternoon), before heading to Adam's peak. All good, the place was clean (but very basic of course) and the staff was extremely friendly. But the noise was ridiculous, for a place you go to sleep a couple of... More

We were brought here by our driver due to its the start of the walk to Adams Peak. Quite frankly I wish I had slept in his car. The rooms are so outdated it was like stepping into a time warp. The bath towels looked and smelt like they hadn't been washed from the last couple of guests staying. The... More

We only stayed one night on the 22nd February to walk Adam's Peak.; The first room had raw sewerage running in the shower when the toilet was flushed. The second room had raw sewerage in the toilet because the water was turned off to the toilet. The room had never been serviced and dirty. One single sheet was across two... More

We spent one night. We were not alone in the bed we had company and woke up with bites that were very itchy. In the middle of the night they started the machine for crushing coconuts that was really loud. Service in the restaurant was very slow, the food was OK. Rooms were not very clean and the bathroom is... More
