A quaint, family run - tour group hotel. Has an odd feel to it, and rather thin walls (!!). The rooms were spacious but a bit cold, and dated. The food left much to be desired as we had to order from the set menu. Questions arise about the tea soup (was it really just last nights vege soup?) however... More

I was in nuwara eliya with family fir 2 nights. Stayed at this cute hotel for my holidays. The hotel is a converted bunglow. The amenities may not be top class but quite functional. Rooms are not so large. The bathrooms and rooms are clean though. Best thing we liked about this place was the service attitude and customer orientation... More

Only stayed here for 1 night but wish it could have been longer. The staff are really helpful and friendly and the food served is excellent both breakfast and dinner. The views from the hotel are beautiful.

Great views and a tasty breakfast. The staff was very friendly the whole time. The only problem I had was with the carpet in my room that was wet, probably because of the heavy rain and water infiltration.

We stayed one night in a group of 6 pax. The rooms were not very big but sufficient. A little bit musty due to the weather . The service was very good and staff helpful and friendly. The scenery from our room balcony was beautiful with a view of the lake and surroundings. It was pretty cold in the room... More

I stayed at this hotel on 23rd October 2013 and the place is an ideal retreat to any person travelling to Nuwaraeliya. Panoramic view surrounding the hotel is one great thing when you get up in the morning . When we checked in at the hotel we were offered a hot cup of tea ....but it was not just an... More

I stayed here on a short trip to the area. Just average really ... my main complaint being it was very cold. The rooms average and you must heat the water and wait 30 minutes if you want a hot shower. The temperature outside was particularly cold but the hotel doors in reception were left open all evening and i... More

Located very close to Gregories lake and the park. Rooms are not very large but comfortable. Food is excellent and the staff is friendly. The lobby area is congested. Upper floor sitting area has space.

We spent two days in Nuwara Eliya. The weather was horrible - rain, mist, chilly, everything we did not want! - but the hotel made up for it. A lovely and seemingly undiscovered place, with excellent and personal service, cosy rooms, and home made food. There is something cute about the whole place, as if everyone is constantly doing the... More
