Spent two days in this hotel. Clean rooms, clean but old bathrooms. Great breakfast with a continental and SriLankan choice of dishes. Very helpful and friendly staff. Very nice flowergardens. Good rooms for drivers.

My self & my wife wanted to spend a night in the beautiful city of Nuwara Eliya as part of our honeymoon trip. The rate for one night was alright like $90 (Rs.10,000) half board. Room was big specially the bed was a triple one. Adding on, Dinner will be served from 19:30 to 21:30 only & was really a... More

We were on a long holiday and wanted a average place to end the journey. Although N'Eliya has lots and lots of places we decided to stay with them as we wished nothing to go wrong. Clean rooms, Hotel, good food and a real deal for what we had to pay. Surely recommended! Well we heard that some folks having... More

Ceybank Rest is an amazing colonial mansion which has been converted into a mid range budget hotel. Located in the very close proximity of the city center still spills the colonial charm among the newly built many of the budget guesthouses and small hotels in the city. Rooms are bit used and need a big renovation immediately. Showers, wash rooms... More

It a spacious guest house with four star tariff. The structure is more than 100 years old and looks beautiful from inside as well as outside. Its a complete colonial architecture with no luxury. Your stay will take you back into the history and if that excites you, then definitely go for it. The breakfast was good but the overall... More

A wonderful Colonial mansion from the outside. The (very few) staff are great but fighting a loosing battle with insufficient investment. We checked in as 3 couples, Two couples had to insist on changing rooms. The first couple, with mould / mildew all around the ceiling...a horrible smell. The second couple who at first thought they had a good room... More

From the outside this hotel looked magnificent- an old colonial hotel but it is need of some serious TLC. The downstairs reception and communal areas were not too bad but our bedroom just seemed grubby. Although the sheets were clean , it was not a pleasant experience . The staff were helpful and the breakfast satisfactory but overall I would... More

My first night here was not a good experience, Very old hotel made all seems scarier ... Its a hotel my package provided... its already 300years built , the floor made from wood, and start to be broken piece by piece.the garden outside was not a good choice to relax I just warn all people that the safety box didn't...
