Located at town centre of Kluang, value for money. New hotel with clean facilities and close to all amenities such as McD, Domino pizza and walking distance to Kluang Plaza and parkson. Small room but suitable for one who's looking for budget hotel and did not spent much time in room. Nothing much on pekan of Kluang but still you... More

I fell in love with this hotel. The hotel is small, and the interior design of the lobby was really just normal. But I love the single room design. It was small but very cosy. Good selection of tv channels, rain shower which is a plus point for the room. Very near to shopping mall and there is one McDonald... More

didn't expect much at first but was still impressed for the details. free wife, no breakfast but good foods are all in walking distance, not to mention a shopping mall with cinema. we are happy overall. just few things to be improved: 1) reception for tv (most of the channels are not clear) 2) the toilet easy to get wet... Maybe abt 20min walks from bus stop? Is beside is 7-11 and opposite Dominos Pizza. 3 stories all together and 24 rooms in total. I complaint abt Rail hotel as having bad experience. Past few years hv been staying at Anika, needed a change, so this new year we stay at imperial hotel. Not as big as Aneka but more... More

Kluang is a place which is extremely accessible by train from Singapore. We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. This hotel is just 8 mins walk (5mins drive) from the Railway station, 6 mins walk to Kluang Parade mall & 10 mins walk to Kluang Mall. Surrounding this hotel are shops and eateries (eg: McDonalds, Dominos Pizza & 7-11... More

Hotel are walking distance to all the shopping centres and restaurants. In near future, I will go there again. Roland Boh Singapore

It was a last minute decision and my girl friend and I decided to try it out so we booked a King size bed as my girl had tagged along as well and so we decided to make it becomes a girl shopping trip. I had suggested the imperial as I had saw the promotion and so we decided to... More

This hotel has just started operation less than a year back so everything in it is new. Tasteful contemporary interior design that continue from the reception to your room. Unlike Rail Hotel, an elevator is there to save you hassle from moving up and down the stairs. Staff are warm and friendly. Too friendly indeed, some times. Centralised heater works... More

A newly opened hotel in June 2012. We booked a family room (two queen size beds) that cost us RM320 with no breakfast. Location wise is good and there are many eateries around. There’s a 24-hour McDonald, Domino Pizza across the road and 7-Eleven is just next to the hotel. Free wifi but speed was average. The carpet was clean... More
