Excellent room and location - right next to JR Obihiro. Front desk staff very nice, especially Ms Shimizu - friendly and helpful (Many thanks Ms Shimizu 清水小姐!). If we come to Obihiro again, for sure will stay here. Highly recommended.

Hotel is conveniently located next the JR station. Walking distance to shopping complex and restaurants. We only stayed for one night on the way back from Akan to Sapporo. We visited the Sahoro Bear Mountain and Chitose Outlet shopping before heading back to Sapporo. Room here is spacious and clean with free wifi. There seem to be many Singaporean in this... More

This hotel is a Nikko property which, I believe, is being operated in cooperation with Japan Rail Hokkaido now. The room was small..a bit larger than a business hotel in Japan...but much better appointed, with high quality toiletries and a very comfortable bed. The hotel issues small wifi routers free of charge, which simply plug in to the room LAN... More

From the moment of check-in until check-out everything was perfect about this hotel stay! The staff were very helpful and the room was great value for money. The hotel is located right next to the train station and shops and restaurants are just a few minutes walk away. I asked for a wi-fi router (free of charge) and the internet... More

Hotel booked by Japanese colleagues, so I was in their hands. Room was comfortable and big enough (including the bed). Food was to a good standard, I had every breakfast there and only one lunch on the 6 day trip. Beware that breakfast is more Japanese style than European, but I got used to the pork stir fry and rice... More

This is a fairly high-end hotel, yet I got the room at a great price through JAPANiCAN.com. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and more spacious than a lot of hotels in Japan. The hotel abuts the train station, making it super convenient. It is close to the city library and art museum.... More

We stayed here for a night as a stopover on way to Lake Akan. I have no complaints. Located just next to JR station, it was just 2 min walk to the hotel. Minutes walk to the shopping mall across the JR station. Lots of dining and shopping choices in JR station and nearby. Check-in was quick. Staff were professional,... More

We stayed for 1 night here to gain access for a day trip to the Lake Shikaribetsu Igloo/Ice Village. It was a good choice, because the bus leaves right from JR station, all the way right to the lake. although it was about 90 mins each way, the bus ride was free of charge. We arrived by JR train, and... More

I stayed with my friend in the double bed room. The facilities provided in this hotel are good. Their wifi service is good too. The hotel is located strategically near Obihiro station and the famous buta-don shop.

This is a fantastic hotel. The hotel staff is extremely helpful. They make every effort to get an english speaking staff member whenever needed. The hotel is very close to the train station. The taxi service is also available at the door. There is a nice shopping center called Nagasakiya very close to the hotel. The only drawback that i... More
