I stayed in the so called "smart inn", a part of the hotel which is located in the back side of the hotel and you need to walk about 10 minutes to reach the "smart inn". apparently, all the superior rooms are locates in the smart inn. well, they don't say that when I booked their hotel through online travel... If you think that you are going to be in a 4 star hotel, think again. From the outside it looks like a beautiful hotel, in the lobby it looks promising, but when you walk up to the front desk it stops. The staff was very rude, the food was one of the worst meals I have eaten in Indonesia,... More

Le Dian is four star hotel in a West Java Wasteland and used extensively by the government for training seminars. Lots of smokey rooms and food that is oriented to the Indonesian clientele. However, I had a great massage at the spa and the room was pretty comfortable. I faced the pool and they had a live band so the... More

Serang is a small, sleepy town around 90km from Jakarta along the Jakarta-Merak toll highway. Though it is the capital of the Banten Province, not many busines people choose to stay in Serang since there are better choices available in Jakarta or even at Karawaci. The same applies to me but in the occasion the hotels are full, I tend... More

This hotel was nice and it has nice pool. Nice bed but horible cleanleness. As you can see the dust under the bed and spider web under the chair. The food is eatable :d The range of breakfast menu is not bad. You can choose sort of breads, fruits and Indonesian food. Altough it was not far from the street,... More

Stayed here for 1 night. The room was spacious and clean. The TV in the room didn't work and a technician promptly came to fix it, which was really great. Had meals in restaurants nearby the hotel. The gym was well equipped and the pool was really nice. It was a nice place to stay when on business trips but... More

Le Dian Hotel, located centrally in Serang, is probably the nicest hotel in the city. On the positive side, the staff are pleasant and helpful, and the pool is large and quiet. I stayed in a deluxe room which had a balcony overlooking the pool. On the negative part, my room was unfortunately located next to a generator tucked in... More
