This was the first hotel we stayed in Bali. It could not have been better. Wonderful staff, good food, great views, very clean, comfortable and attractive rooms..
Our first trip to Bali and Alam Sari certainly helped make it a memorable one. We enjoyed the escaping the hustle of Ubud to the clean, crisp air of Keliki. The beauty of the hotel and the opportunity to watch the sunrise and light the distant volcano is certainly a favourite image!
The staff at Alam Sari were exceptional! Two...

We stayed at Alam Sari for five nights and we can't fault it. Everything was exceptional, the room, the breakfast, the surroundings. The staff go the extra mile and are totally lovely people. The location is perfect, it is like a retreat. You can walk into Abud and the local people and the scenery along the way will melt your...

My husband and I spent 14 days at Alam Sari and had a fabulous stay! The rooms are very spacious, comfortable and private. The view of the green palm trees in the distance, the swimming pool, and lush garden from our private patio was truly beautiful and serene. There is an organic garden on the premises and much of the...

I did a 4D3N stay in Alam Sari. Having traveled from the airport for close to 2 hours to the resort, I was pretty tired- but the warm reception from the staff (Meg) it was just invigorating! The resort is a distance from Ubud, I just never knew how much! It'll cost you about 70,000 - 80,000 IDR for transport...

My husband and I recently spent three weeks in Indonesia, two of which were in Bali. During this time, we stayed in a boutique hotel in Java and a fabulous resort overlooking the ocean in Amid; none of which compared to Alam Sari. This first class resort is a must see destination in itself. Tucked up on a landscaped hillside,...

As long time residents of Bali, we have had an opportunity to experience many of the island's resorts and hotels. Alam Sari stands out above the rest. The tropical garden is lovely, the rooms are beautifully designed and decorated, and the restaurant offers excellent Indonesian and international cuisine. They even make their own croissants ! And the beautiful pool is...

We spent 2 nights in Alam Sari and wished we had stayed longer. It was a long 1.5hr taxi drive to the hotel, which we took a airport taxi at arrival. The taxi service counted quoted RP300,000 so we paid to the counter and followed the taxi driver to his taxi. Safe and not haggling from the other unlicenced drivers....

We were greeted with a warm welcome from friendly, wonderful staff. With two children, we were provided with an adjoining room - the main with a massive king bed, and large king singles in the other room. Rooms were very clean, and we loved the idea of the bathroom being sort of "outside". The pool was also great - clean...

We visited as a family several months ago. The accommodation is good, neat and clean. Restaurant is basic. Spa is basic and good. The first day was great, trouble started thereafter. On the second day me and my wife were abrubtly asked to shift to a different room as they needed the room we were staying in for some guest....
