The view is incredible, the staff and owners will make you feel you're at home. Nice swimming pool, free transfers to Ubud, great rice terraces in the neighbourhood. You can always find small details that can be improved but it's a really good value for the money you pay. Hope to come back again !

We booked here based on the reviews and I agree lovely position, great views, listening to the frogs in the rice paddies along with fire flies dancing every night, great. Albert and Christine are french and this is the language at meals and along with the other guests who were French, since I did not speak french this was embarrassing... More

Came here because of the solid reviews of course, unfortunately we did not feel like we got bang for our buck. Several things that's bothered us: -Bedding smelled old and dusty -close to the rice terraces but 15-20 away from ubud which got tiring going back and forth -Christine & Albert was nice enough but we still felt awkward, staff... Till the point we arrive untill we left every thing was perfect....we felt so comfertable as if we were with family. We arrived at 2.30 in the night and were so suprised to see Albert and Christine (owners) waiting to welcome us. Same when we left...it was around 6.30 and they bothwere to say good bye! I made reservations for my parents (mom in her late 50s and dad in his late 60s) for 2 nights stay in Saudara Home (Tanah Lot room from 12th of May to 14 of May 2013). They were very happy with their stay there and spoke fondly of the experience of walking through paddy fields, having dinner with Albert, Christine... More

Fantastic. Far enough from confusion but close enough to Ubud so you can go there easily (shuttle provided). Great view, in the middle of padi fields, very nice people in the surrounding village, pleasant swimming pool, and the house is just magnificent. We went to stay 4 days and stayed 7 until our last day in Bali. Professional and friendly... More

After a sweaty night journey from KL to Denpasar we were greeted by our friendly driver who took us on the long drive to Tegalalang in the night. We have stayed in numerous boutique hotels and B&Bs and were still quite bowled over with our beautiful room. Spacious with a large bathroom, lovely fixtures and a comfortable bed. In the... More

Wow. Just Wow. I'll say it again: WOW. And I have seen a lot and am not easily impressed. Just a short ride into the hills from Ubud, past the beautiful green rice terraces of Tegallalang, this villa sanctuary greets you with a very warm welcome. Hard to describe the feeling of taking the tiny road up, away from the... More

Uluwatu room, we stayed here only one night but felt very well in the comfortable room, The room with 2 windows, could see the garden outside. The furniture was not a highlight but the lighting of sunshine showed at the room was really nice, it was so comfortable in the early morning. The room was very big with over 2 doors... More

We stayed at Saudara home for a week and we extended our stay for 2 more days...we loved it. In pakudui, a little village in the middle of the rice field, Saudara home is a place where you lose the sense of time...great to disconnect from the noises and frienzy of Ubud's nightlife..very friendly staff, large and clean rooms, the...
