This is the fourth time we have stayed at the Taman Selini. As an interior designer, I admire the elegance and decor of the hotel. The rooms are very well designed with a large outdoor private foyer and big bathrooms, the sweet touch of Bali in every corner. As one walks the well tened garden, it feels as if it... More

The very beautiful property but sadly not well maintained. Once we checked in we went to the pool and the sun beds were all dirty and pool was dirty as well. So went to the beach as part of the hotel but disappointed with all the dirts and filth around the beach. The atmosphere of the hotel was No way... More

My wife and I had 4 nights in this lovely resort. We had a good experience. The bungalows are comfortable with a large porch in front, where you can hang out. There are table, chairs, sofa and a daybed. Good airconditioning, large comfortable beds and an outdoor bathroom. The main garden have a large swimming pool. There are a common... More

An ageing hotel which is overpriced for what it is and for the services it offers. During my trip I have been in different places and hotels, so I can compare value for money. 100 US dollars for a single room in low season: no internet, no minibar, no safe, no robe, no kettle, no complimentary coffee, no TV. Old... More

To me the Taman Selini offers the perfect combination of tranquil quietness, relaxed atmosphere, comfort and welcoming friendliness. The dozen or so bungalows of the small resort are set in a lush garden of palms, frangipani, mango trees and a myriad of other tropical plants in all colours and on the way to the beach the pool invites for a... This last trip we stayed in a lot of different hotels and locations around the same cost, this is the best. We love the pool and then directly into the ocean to swim. The rooms are all very quiet and private. Outdoor bathrooms with showers. Rooms are very nicely appointed and a definite Bali feel. Lots of other places to... More

This is Bali as it was when we first went to Ubud 10 years ago. Smiling friendly staff, good food at reasonable prices and a beautiful garden full of flowers and multi colour greens. Although this is a basic hotel it exudes class at first sight when compared to its larger neighbours on this stretch of beach. Don't go to... More

I spent four days at this hotel with a friend and generally we liked it, though there are some pretty considerable issues with it. To begin with, the bungalow where they first put us, number 9, was dark, dirty, depressing and in desperate need of maintenance. After we complained, we were moved to bungalow 1 which was much nicer, though... More

The food is some of the best we have ever had in Indonesia especially good is the Greek food. Gorgeous rooms with large outdoor bathrooms. The outdoor porch is large and private with a wonderful daybed. The beach is clean and shady. Pool is nice with great view to the beach and on other side the mountains. This is an... More
