We were lucky enough to spend 2 nights heresy part of our Bali trip. I wish it had been longer!! This is a lovely hotel. Beautiful setting. Rooms are great. We had a superior and looked out over monkeys playing in the gardens. The staff here were really friendly and helpful. Even when we arrived for dinner at 1010 pm... More

I found the place to be sooo peaceful and quiet. It is a perfect gateway for those honeymooners or couples finding its romance back :) Even for gay people too, I notice that some of its guests were in a romantic relationship with his same-sex partner. I admire its infinity pool and private rooms or villas surrounding the paddy field... More

Stayed two nights at Alila Ubud for a family member's wedding. The resort was located in between a huge padi field and forest, which is very peaceful and quiet. Pest & insect control was relatively good despite all the surrounding trees, although we did encounter a couple of lizards during our stay. The pool is definitely one of the nicest... More

We've just returned from our honeymoon in Bali and still raving about our stay at the Alila. Our room was perfect with jungle views and had an outdoor bath and shower. The hotel staff were very friendly and attentive, we had several enjoyable evenings in the restaurant or by the pool watching a movie under the starts. Although I am... More

The Alila Ubud made the effort to make sure this was an experience for its guests and not just a place to stay. We stayed for three nights and then went onto Seminyak, only to realise we wished we had more time at the Alila We had a room not too far from the pool and restaurant and it was... More

We had a fantastic 2 nights stay with a triple upgrade ! thank you again....Our villa # 502 was simply amazing, just like the food, the spa and the swiming pool. Firstly, wow, what a stunning setting - you cannot fault the grounds nor the time taken to constantly attend to its beauty. Truly picture postcard perfect. The closeness and proximity to Ubud is also great, we didnt appreciate the vibe and buzz of Ubud as a town, boutique shops and markets and a whole host of yummy establishments. The hotel... More

First of all, the hotel is not located in Ubud, bud about a 10 minute car drive away from Ubud. So you have to rely on the shuttle bus, which unfortunately does not run very frequently. We had several issues with the hotel and were very unhappy with their service and attitude. We did speak to the Rooms Divisions Manager,... More
