We stayed in Taman Wana for a pit stop before visiting the Menjangan Island. Just stay for 1 night but never forget the moment. They have good "nasi goreng". Perfect view, perfect place and perfect ... Hope to come back again :D

it was A.W.E.S.O.M.E! it was a quiet, scenic, classic-looking villa that would just blow your mind away. They have everything you're looking for in a getaway trip, friendly staff, peaceful surroundings and magnificent view of the lake! i do have to admit the way there was a little hard to find, but who cares when you're surrounded by paddy fields,... Such a bad experience here I don't know where to start! It's in the middle of nowhere, at least 30 minutes drive from Negara. The food in the restaurant was the ONLY bad food we had in 3 weeks in Bali, it tasted like a frozen meal out of the microwave and was insanely overpriced. Renting a scooter from the... More

The resort is located in a magnificent setting, the staff is very friendly. We were upgraded in a better room on arrival as they were only 2 rooms occupied. As it is isolated everything is overpriced, scooter hire, rides to another city, meals, the food was pretty ordinary, the may pool was dirty. Our room was nice and I loved... More

OMG where to start? How about I am still waiting for my $1100 credit back to visa after a month. Putrie, manager and owners daughter is as arrogant and self righteous as they come. I have traveled the world and never seen such a thing as this. Truly pathetic. No worry I will get my credit because I have doc... More

If you want quiet Tamin Wana is it. A little way from the airport but plenty to see on the way up. Been there twice and still find new things to do with walks to the little nearby town, hired a scooter to venture a little further

Wonderful secluded mysterious Villa on a small mountain in the forest of Taman West Bali National Park. Three days at the Taman Wana just wasn't enough! Incredible views from the Villa not to mention some of the most amazing scenery in all of Bali. The Villas are located in a great spot if you want to explore the nicest city... More

Although it was a bit challenging to find, it is well worth the trip off the beaten path to this incredible property--literally in the middle of a rice field. The area is virtually untouristed and the nearby towns are interesting. As nice as the resort is, it is not really geared towards families. My wife and I brought our two... More
