The air conditioning in the room was turned up so high that the room was frigid when we arrived. We never did get it set to provide a comfortable temperature throughout the night. Stayed at this particular hotel as we came to the area to see a Royals baseball game and tour some of the area museums. Good, clean, basic lodging. Very competitive pricing. Would recommend, will stay here again. Only 5-10 minutes from the baseball venue, easy access to downtown Kansas City. more

NO complaints here, for me and my family. We stayed here over night on our way down to Disney World. Can't complain if there was no problems. I used my CAA, same as AAA to get the cheapest price. more
