Decided to stay here on a solo parenting trip with my 4yo son. We were really impressed with the hotel grounds when we turned up but it quickly deteriorated from there. Firstly the driver forgot to pick us up from the airport. We basically got a "oh well, at least you didn't prepay" kind of apology (if you'd call it... More

Stayed here for 10 nights recently. In its day it would have been lovely, however, is now in need of a good makeover. The place looks tired and we also had a leak in our room. The resort food is the worst that we tasted in the whole of Bali, and the fitness centre machines are all broke and even... More

This was my 4th trip to Bali & my first time at Jayakarta. We had 11 people in our group & we all had issues with this resort. I was extremely appalled at the service and treatment we received from the staff. The hotel itself was rundown, however this was not an issue. The staff were not friendly & upon... More

After reading some terrible reviews I was quite nervous about our booking with our two children, aged 2 and 3. After 2 change of dates due to the volcanic ash cloud, free of charge unlike other places, we were pleasantly surprised upon arrival. Staff were friendly and we were quickly checked in and taken to our room. Interconnecting ground floor... More

I stayed here for 3 night and was relatively comfortable here but decided not to extend my stay there as wanted a hotel that was a bit more modern and more comfortable. The rooms are dated, tired and in need of some TLC. The pool area is great and well sized to accommodate hotel. The breakfast buffet was basic and... More

This hotel has the worse front desk staffs. 1) We asked the staff to help us to reserve for massage provided by the hotel. He told us that there will be special rate (indicated on the hotel brochure as well). He said he will help us to book the slots so that we can enjoy the special rate. We double... More

The location of this resort is near unbeatable, right on the beach and close to great resturants. You are also within walking distance to both Kuta and Seminyak. The value for money here isn't great and food and drinks are too expensive in comparison with other places. The pools are lovely but more pool beds are needed. Next time I... More

The hotel must be 30 yrs old and it is being painted but they could spend some time on the old bathrooms because they let the hotel down. There are three swimming pools one with a swim up bar (could be unhealthy) There are always locals selling their wares inside the hotel grounds. The beach beds are heavy wood but... More

Never ever set foot in this place. The rooms are not only basic but run down and dirty. They brought a bed in for my son that had mould all over it. The sheets had blood on them. Even the pool area and amenities are run down and dirty. You have black feet when you step of of the pool.... More
