We were one of the many lucky Aussies who ended up stranded in Bali for another week due to volcano ash and cancelled flights. Once we had our return flights sorted we felt blessed to be able to spend another week in the warm weather and decided on a resort after spending two weeks in Villas. We chose this one... More

Central to everything, beach, bars & eating places. Once you enter the hotel grounds you cannot hear anything from the busy main road. Lovely surroundings, room was great, nice & quiet & clean. All areas of the hotel were kept very clean. Staff were all very friendly & always had a smile for you. We had a minor issue with... More

We traveled to Bali for the first time with another couple. Can't believe how beautiful the hotel is for the price. All the staff are so friendly and helpful! We attended the cooking class within the hotel and loved it! The pool area is great, nice and clean and the staff come round often for the drinks order. The location... More

We stayed in the Alam Lanai rooms for 2 weeks and it was a wonderful place to be. All the staff were absolutely wonderful, they are all so helpful and friendly. It makes your stay so memorable when you are made to feel so special and looked after so well. The breakfast every morning was always a hard decision of... More

Service, location and price were excellent! The room was more of what you'd expect in a Bali 3 star, but we were in the Alam Club area at the back, rather than the villa/hut things. However, the price, location and service make this hotel excellent value for money. Legian beach across the road, walking distance to Beach Walk (Discovery also... More

My partner and I stayed at Alam KulKul for his birthday in a New Alam Room for the last few days of our trip in June. Our room was very nice and spacious, quiet and had a nice big bed. We also had a great bathroom with a great big rain shower. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, it was like... More

Stayed here for a weeks honeymoon, lovely surroundings, very comfortable room and great location close to all amenities and particularly across the road from the beach. Room facilities are very classy and clean. Room service and hotel staff were also excellent as you would expect in most of Bali. We will be booking again.

Pretty nice location on a highly touristic area of Bali. The hotel has some nice looking small villas, we stayed at the higher building (3 stories) in a 5-person-room. Medium quality room, excellent shampoo. Staff has been very nice and breakfast is good. The breakfast area is cosy open air area on second floor, with a limited view on the... More

On arriving at 1am due to a delayed flight with an infant. No welcome drink provided as stated when booking. I entered our room which was full of mosquitoes to discover no cot for my baby. I had emailed the resort two weeks earlier and confirmed the cot. When I rang reception I was told 'no cot available' and they... More
