Pros: Staff friendly Cons: Wifi, room maintenance, mattress. Location: Good area close to night clubs. Plenty to do inside walking distance Did not enjoy it. Crappy Wifi, broken shower head, lights, bathroom door, and toilet broken 5 times. Shampoo/body wash smelt so horrible it made wife ill. Bed was terrible to sleep on (2 thin double mattresses pushed together instead... More

Enjoyed my room at the front. Great balcony and a spacious bathroom. No complaints at all regarding being near the road as the double glazing dampened all noise. Breakfast was great. Staff very friendly. Great amenities.

I stayed for 3D/2N and had some worthy experience. What I like best is the swimming pool (Romeo Pool) and the daybed in the lobby lounge. Expect some noise if you stay around Kuta-Legian area (it's on your own risk), I just don't understand why some keep complaining about the hotel being noisy. However the deluxe room I stayed in... The ONE Legian has a nice central location. I really liked this hotel because it has 2 swimming pools. They have a Sky pool, perfect for sun-bathing, and a pool on the ground floor suitable for those wishing to swim in the shade. The hotel organizes Sky Pool parties and movie nights on the roof, which is great for younger... More

Location is perfect. Close enough to walk to Kuta but far enough from the night life. Outdoor movies play 4 nights a week, with new and current titles. The pool is always clean and easy to access. The food is good and the Buffett breakfast is 100% worth the money. Customer service is terrific. If we ever need to ask... More

My overall stay was fine. Rooms are clean and tidy. Bathroom was very small. Upon check out we were told that there was "tattoo stain" on the pillow case & that we would have to pay for it. Neither of us had gotten tattoos during our stay, however i had worn makeup to bed in my intoxicated state. The mark... More

The One has small rooms, some of which like we discovered have a tendency of being mouldy and very damp. The staff weren't very helpful, mind you the only plus i could give The One is at least their rooms are well kept by their housekeeping staff. And the hotel on the whole was exceptionally noisy, and add that to... More

I stayed at The ONE for 10 nights in February, 2016. I'll start of the the positive. -Aircon is very cold! -Good if you're in a low budget; -Central location -Friendly staff -Great House keeping -Great Pool and outdoor dining areas. -In room dining was quick and convenient (at 11pm) if you're ever hungry. -Security scanning gate at entrance. Negatives:... More

Very small rooms, our so called king sized bed was just two single beds put together, felt like i was sleeping on concrete, bathrooms tired, ground level rooms smelt damp, aircon and tv were the only ok things about the room. our friend stayed on the third floor in a deluxe room, the aircon was not as good as our...
