I spent three nights in Grand Kuta hotel in Bali. I have checked the hotel photos in the agoda.com, it was great. But when i get in the room i feel so shock as the room is really old. Then i found that the picture is only for the new building. Therefore, to have a good room I have to... More

We spent our holiday in Bali in another hotel but we had a midnight flight home and they could not accommodate us after1pm. Grand Kuta was happy to provide a day room for around $38AUD . We were happy with the welcome and used the great pool-towels provided. The room was adequate size if 2 were to stay over with... More

I found the hotel to not be well located as it is well away from the life and restaurants of both Kuta and Legian, necessitating taxi expense. However, the hotel staff were all very friendly and eager to assist. The lobby was nice and there are three large pools. Breakfast was usually more catered to Asians, but there was an... More

Dear James & Eileen, Thank you for your very good comment and we do appreciate that you would recommend Grand Kuta Hotel & Residence to other travelers. It was a pleasure for us to provide a little"welcome refreshments" especially for the first visit to the island and disappointment with other villa. We and the team are looking forward to the... Second stay within a month , sadly there hasn't been many improvements on the slow wifi and the food quality . As a westerner I suggest to seriously change the breakfast , there is so little choice , furthermore the fruit doesn't taste fresh and only melon was available ? Room service menu needs a finishing touch . Rooms were... More

I stayed here in December 2013 to spend my New Year's Eve in with my family. I was looking for a place which fits to my budget, great location, but yet discreet from the hustle of Kuta or Legian. I chose this hotel as advised by my friend whom stayed here before in August 2013. I must admit that I... More

Have just returned from a family holiday at Grand Kuta in Legian. While the location is excellent, the rooms are very tired and outdated and the bathrooms are disgusting!
