Our travel agent recommended this villa as we had 3 small children with us and wanted enough room for them to play and we wanted a pool. The villa had those two things but that was all! the villa is opposite a dirty river with access via a long, bumpy lane, very dark at night if on foot and about... More

We had a one night stopover 3bedroomvilla Rooms spacious and very clean Small pool perfect to plunge in to keep cool There is a very small fridge at reception with limited selection of good value beverages (large Bintang $AU3 ) Not very close to anywhere with a taxi and you wouldn't want to walk after dark as no street lamps... Positives - we had two bedrooms in the villa, both with large king beds. Exactly what we requested. The pool was large enough for the four of us to cool off in and was well maintained. The rooms were air conditioned and the doors were separately lockable. Each room had its own bathroom with shower over bath and separate shower.... More

we chose this villa because it was off the busy streets and we could escape the hussle and bussle and it did not disappoint and it was only a $3 cab ride to poppies lane, you just have to learn the streets to teach the cab drivers how to get to the villa lol but just grab a card from... More

I searched the internet for a day and a half before deciding on the Grand Bali Villa. The reason? We were to be travelling with our elderly mother (81) and a daughter with a disability (15) my husband and I. We wanted privacy, the ability to order in food, a fridge, a swimming pool and helpful service. Fortunately we were... More

My family had a great stay at Grand Bali Villa. The staff was very helpful, the food was good, and the villa is very very comfortable. The open air swimming pool is super awesome, the kids were really having so much fun. Thanks Grand Bali Villa! We'll see you again next year.

Disclaimer: Based on all the other reviews here, we may have just been given the most disappointing villa out of the whole compound. First letdown, they messed up our flight arrival time and we ended up not getting any airport transfer to the villa. The location was quite out of the way. Most taxi drivers did not know where the... We went with friends and our villa had two rooms with an open personal lounge, kitchenette and a personal pool that belonged to just our villa. The hotel is a little away from the main area and quite inside in a lane but call cabs are easily available and its just a 10 min (depending on traffic) ride to the main... More

We are a family of 4 with a 15 year old and 13 year old. We had originally booked and payed at another hotel just up the street and had stayed there for 4 days. We found Grand Bali Villas and moved. As soon as we walked into the villa (3 bedroom) we felt as though our holiday had just... More

Great stay for the last three nights. Accomdation is very comfortable and clean. I thought the location was a bit out of the way, but really it was just a two or three dollar taxi ride to most shops and restaurants. Staff are very friendly and served breakfast in our room each morning. Would happily recommend these villas to others.
