Stayed with family for 10 days in adjoining suites. The restaurant refurbishment is wonderful. The hotel is in a great location. The rest of the hotel is very tired looking and in need of some work. For the money I could've booked a villa. There was never enough pool towels so we bought our own. Breakfast was ok. Wifi was... More

Sorry guys, staff are nice but that's it. Old, falling apart but cheap. Bed was good but room was very average. Room safe failed. Tv was old with poor picture. Internet is very intermittent. Slow drainage in the shower and sink. Still, if you are not bothered by these things then it is perfect. Our holiday was not affected by... More

We stayed here with our 5 children. We had interconnected rooms after the first night as it wasn't available even though we had booked months in advance requesting this. Bathrooms are in desperat need of up grading, wires running out from behind the tv and under bed. Air con was leaking water badly, we had our friends son slip on... More

Okay, it was our first time to Bali and we left it in the capable hands of a travel agent. They wouldn't steer a family of four with two under three astray, well they did. Melasti, it's everything the other reviewers saw. I read the reviews before we left and reassured husband it wouldn't be and alas it was. It's... More

We have stayed at Melasti before, but brought friends & family on this trip. We all booked through different agents etc. We personally had 1 deluxe room & 1 superior room. Our deluxe room had 2 single beds & despite a request to change, nothing was available for a few days so we stayed put. The kids superior room was... More

The hotel is in great need of a facelift. The best feature of the hotel is it's location. Right on Legian Beach in the heart of all the good stuff! The outdoor areas are good, especially the pool areas. The service was also good. But 3 stars is pushing it for the rooms. Open wires behind the side table, our... More

We have stayed many times at the Melasti in Legian. The location is superb as it fronts the beach for breakfast, and the hotel backs on to the street full of colorful shops with easy access to super cheap taxis. The resort has beautifully manicured gardens and boasts 3 pools, 2 with swim up bars. The property is constantly being upgraded,... More

Absolutely back up 100% everything that Rhianna D stated in below review. She was in the group I travelled with. This was my third time in Bali and I honestly could not believe the amount of photoshopping on our motel on arrival. Looked nothing like the pictures. Being a young group travelling without our boyfriends and parents being able to... More
