The hotel is in great need of a facelift. The best feature of the hotel is it's location. Right on Legian Beach in the heart of all the good stuff! The outdoor areas are good, especially the pool areas. The service was also good. But 3 stars is pushing it for the rooms. Open wires behind the side table, our... More

We have stayed many times at the Melasti in Legian. The location is superb as it fronts the beach for breakfast, and the hotel backs on to the street full of colorful shops with easy access to super cheap taxis. The resort has beautifully manicured gardens and boasts 3 pools, 2 with swim up bars. The property is constantly being upgraded,... More

Absolutely back up 100% everything that Rhianna D stated in below review. She was in the group I travelled with. This was my third time in Bali and I honestly could not believe the amount of photoshopping on our motel on arrival. Looked nothing like the pictures. Being a young group travelling without our boyfriends and parents being able to... More

The hotel looks nothing like the photos in advertisement. Very photoshopped! The hotel is very old and run down. I have stayed in much nicer places in a better location that were cheaper! The WiFi barley ever worked. I stayed with 5 other friends. We had 3 rooms. Only 1 safe out of all 3 worked, the others were not... More

Stayed in a Suite on the 2nd floor near the restaurant near the beach. This would have been a really nice hotel in its prime but it is now old and very tired! The rooms still have a key!! The breakfast is quite minimal and the variety just not there. Some days the staff cooking at the egg station where... More

Stayed in cottage room, our group had booked 6 cottage rooms, 1 standard and 1 superior. Overall our time was good, but hotel is needing upgrade as it is looking old. On the plus cottage rooms are spacious and beds comfortable. On the down side air conditioner struggled to keep room cool, no pool towel, spoke to my room boy... More
