Never again! We arrived at the hotel after a long hot day's travel at 2:30 in the afternoon only to be informed that our room was not ready although check in was at 2pm. We were told to wait by the pool until they came to get us.. we were told that they hoped it would only be another hour. We were aggrevated but went and had a nice lunch by the pool. Nobody came...

Hello to everyone at the Bali Mandira. Back for the 3rd time in 16 months and another great rest. We arrived on the 11th May only to be there while they celebrated Mandiras' 31st Anniversary, and going by the gathering of staff and their familys on the lawn area it showed that they all care. Without great staff you don't have a great atmosphere and this is what makes the Bali Mandira a special place....

We recently stayed at the Mandira. We upgraded to a pool villa and it was an amazing experience. The villa's are luxury plus. Very clean and beautifully maintained. Staff are friendly and can't do enough for you. Very central to everything. This was our second stay at the Mandira and we will be back.

We were two couples staying at Mandira for 2 weeks in Aug 2011. Hotel is very central to everything smack in the middle of Legian. Stayed three nights for my nephews wedding at the hotel. Staff friendly and very accomodating. Hotel drivers had good knowledge of english and a great sense of humour.
We were upgraded to a better room and were pleasantly surprised, great decor and an external private bath area. Good hotel security with guards at main entrance and premises walks at night.
Food/drinks well priced, would stay here again.

We loved our Deluxe Cottage, with its lovely Out door Shower!
Our room was clean and neat, and I can recommend upgrading to the Club benefits. We really enjoyed the Roof Top pool looking out over the ocean, and the friendly staff. The grounds are also very lovely and the proximity to major shopping streets is great too.
