Arrived about 1.30am cos of flight times, but they knew that in advance. No-one was at Reception, I waited at least 30 minutes for anyone to answer my constant bell ringing & calling out. The room was basic. A little too basic even at that price. Pool looked dirty so I didn't use it. Air conditioner made a horrid noise... More

We had problems with the location. The 'trip advisor' map says it is located in kuta near waterbom park. But it is is north Seminyak. Double check the map before you book! Look on other booking sites so you know where the location is. The hotel is lovely, the staff were helpful and understanding and for the price we got... More

I booked this hotel via Expedia for two nights. Price was cheap. I didn't expect much as I only needed the hotel to shower and sleep. Location of hotel is in the quite part of Seminyak but nearby to nightlife in the area. Spacious and clean room with balcony. There were no toiletries provided in my room but there were... More

The location of this hotel on Agoda showed it was in Legian close to our old stomping ground of Rum Jungle Road, so imagine our surprise when the taxi driver took us way north/west of Seminyak. We were out in the sticks. Hotel was average but clean with a hint of eau de mould. Staff were friendly enough and breakfast... More

Pay too much for what you get. The hotel is so dark and gloomy, you will not want to spend any time by the pool or in the restaurant. And even if you did, the restaurant menu is 99% out of stock, including tea and coffee. The same goes for the pool 'bar', which has no alcohol in the cupboards,... More

this hotel has plenty of potential it is a beautiful building and has lovely grounds the pool is excellent and my room overlooked the pool which added to the ambience, the staff could not have been more helpful. This is where the review turns sour, I booked here for the term of my visit to Bali as I like to... More

Spent 3 nights here. Received welcome drink upon check in (orange juice) but the thought and hospitality was appreciated. We stayed in the hotel on the second floor, which had a balcony overlooking the pool. Our room was a good size for 2 people, clean white linens, mini fridge (which you can stock) and the bathroom was excellent (new toilet,... More

This is a really well presented hotel. Our room was spotless and modern, with comfy beds and decent aircon. No wifi in the room however. The layout is modern and has a spacious bathroom with separate shower. The pool area is quite nice too, though we had to alert staff to a dead bird floating in the water the second... More
