I stayed here with my daughter and a friend for 6 nights in August 2014. The room was a little small by Balinese standards but the hotel more than made up for it by the beauty of the manicured gardens, the pool, the seaside location and the quietness of being just outside of the hustle and bustle of Seminyak but... I was there from the 13 - 17 Aug 2014. On arrival I was downgraded to a twin bed suite after paying upfront a week earlier for a Dulux Suite.I was not offered any complimentary service in compensation for the downgrade and when I asked, i was told that it needed a higher level of approval. I requested to speak... More

We arrived during the early hours, very tired. We were warmly welcomed by reception staff and check in was smooth for our two rooms. There are no lifts, but not a problem as porter helped us with our bags to 4th floor. Our rooms 408 and 405, deluxe sea view, enjoyed wonderful views over the thatched roofs out to sea.... More

So we had a rough start at this hotel, as it was our last hotel in Bali and we were arriving all excited because we were going scuba diving the next day at 7am. Upon arrival we started to check in and after the receptionist gave us our key he said "I'm sorry about the twin beds but that's what... More

What can I say again this year that differs from last year . . . except that it keeps getting better!!! Arrived again to my "Home away from home" to be upgraded to a suite upgrade.. All staff was so welcoming , friendly & professional. Evenings here were a treat as they provided special dinners & live entertainment from traditional... More

This hotel is like a grand dame sitting on a beautiful beach reminiscing her glorious past. You can tell it's had it's better days.... Rooms are clean but a tad dated. Staff are true to the culture of Balinese friendliness and gentleness. And compared to it's neighbour the W hotel on the same stretch - this grand same is a... More

I stayed at the Grand Balisani from June 4th to 16th, 2014 and highly recommend it. I liked it as it is a smaller hotel which gives you the chance to get to know other guests and in particular the staff. The room was very large, and the bathroom the size of some condos I have seen! Food consistently good... More

This place was pretty cool we enjoyed our 3night stay there. Although theres no lifts the bell boy had no worrys carring luggage to any of the 3 levels. Staff were super friendly and had no problems ordering any cabs for us & would call you when the car was ready. It seems a lil out of the way but... More

Was meet by smiling welcoming gentlemen at 1am who promptly checked me in and showed me to my room. The room was substantial in size and the bathroom very roomy and clean. The shower featured two shower heads which was a treat! The buffet breaky was plentiful and the day spa which is UNDERGROUND was a special treat. It was... More
