The room was spacious and everything worked well, hot water, toilet, air con. Bed comfortable and large. The hotel itself, was outdated from the outside and there are no lifts, so if stairs aren't your thing, make sure you get a ground floor room. Wifi is only available in the reception/foyer area, but there are daybeds there and plenty of... More

We have just returned from a fantastic 6 days at Grand Balisani Suites. This is a perfect beach front location just far enough out of town to enjoy the quiet but only a $4 cab ride back into Seminyak. Beautiful rooms. Could not speak more highly of the fantastic staff. The staff were very attentive and smothered our 3 year... More

No problems with our room, oh wait … except the toilet sometimes required several flushes … apart from that, the air con worked well, the bed was comfortable, no probs with linen and towels, small but adequate tv with several English channel choices (and a DVD player), safe in the room, lighting ok and there was even two places for... We've stayed here twice now. This is a beautiful old traditional sandstone hotel set right on the beachfront. The buildings, gardens and ponds are immaculate (save some bread from breakfast to feed the enormous fish!), the staff are always gracious and speak excellent English, and you can hire a car, excursions or mopeds (for the brave) from there too. Breakfast... More

Situated near the W hotel and Potatohead, why would you pay $500US a night when you can stay at this great hotel, on the beach, pool bar and awesome staff for a fraction of the cost.. The staff were very helpful, friendly and attentive. They were always up for a chat and made an effort to remember your name. The... More

First timer to Grande Balisani. After reading the reviews I went in with an open mind. Fantastic. I will be going back. Great location if you're looking for a clean pool looking over the beach, swim up bar as a bonus. Rooms are very quite, clean and comfortable. They offer free shuttle into Seminyak- Legian-Kuta at 10, 12 noon, 3, 8... More

This hotel was in a perfect location, right on the beach and not far from kuta. I would stay here again in a heart beat, possibly even bring family to the hotel. All service was lovely and they allowed us to use all facilities while we waiting for our late flight out. Wifi was available in the food area and... More

We had a great experience at Grand Balisani. The staff were all lovely and very helpful. There is still a bit of a language barrier with some but others would soon step in and help. The resort is about 30 years old having a very classic Balinese feel to the place. Although it is being renovated it didn't impede on... More

Stayed here for 3 nights on a long weekend getaway. The resort, as previous posters have said,is old style which I prefer, if I wanted to stay in a ultra modern concrete apartment block I would holiday in my own capital city. The price was very good and included breakfast, welcome drink and discount in balinese massage. The rooms were... More
