So much potential in this building. The staff are super friendly, constantly asking what they can do to make your trip better/what they can get for you.(almost to the point of being annoying) its very clean. we booked through booking.com and got free upgrade into super nice room. Bar drinks still ran around 8-10 per drink. Pool was nice, grounds... More

This was my first trip to Bali and it will certainly not have been be my last. I had asked my travel agent for a nice local hotel on the West coast of Bali with local flair, in a location where it is more quiet than busy but close to where the action is. She proposed the Grand Balisani Suites... More

We decided on 2 nights at the Balisana on the spur of the moment after finishing our time in Seminyak. We had 'discovered' the Batu Belig area on this trip and loved it, so we thought we might do some research for further trips. So I love the 'old style Bali' look of this hotel (it was only built in... More

We stayed for 3 nights in October in a deluxe seaview room. The first room we went into was disappointing. The view was obscured by airconditioning units and dillapidated parts of buildings. I asked at reception if it was possible to look at another room. They were very obliging, and quickly sorted out another room on the same floor with... More

We started our holiday staying at the grand balisani hotel. We were there for 3 days and enjoyed our stay right through till the end. The resort has traditional Balinese culture running through it. The pool was beachside, which for the price paid was a steal. The pool was great, accompanied w a beach view, and a good pool bar.... More

Fantastic Hotel like being in a Balinese Village with beautiful gardens. The staff are truly wonderful and can not do enough for you especially the pool guys who do not stop all day. Food in the restaurant is very good, Australian tenderloin steak 135000 rph and beautifully cooked, at breakfast just ask one of the girls for bacon and they... More

An old style hotel.Seaside, wild surf.Staff all lovely although one of the older ladies on reception was a little distant.Gorgeous grounds and beautiful pool. The nightly buffets failed to attract many and the one we attended needed more variety.More variety in singers in the evening would improve matters.Great sweetcorn cart out on the beach on the right hand corner.Good WIFI.Air con could... One of the original seaside hotels of the area, and still going strong! There's comfort and familiarity at this friendly establishment serving up a classic Balinese holiday experience by a wild sea at relatively quiet Kerokoban, albeit these days the rate of development is astonishing with villas and hotels all along the shoreline. My Garden suite is the more expensive... More

The buildings are delightful, made of Balinese stone, and set amongst a garden which oozes tranquility. It's right on the beach, but separated by a wall so day trippers don't come and invade. For breakfast there are a wide range of choices. It is a bit out of the way, and if you're there for a few days you'll need... More
