Upon first entering the villa, we were definitely not impressed (general cleanliness was unsatisfactory, decor and furnishing were dated) but thought that the conditions were acceptable given the value (fairly cheap compared to other villas.) However, after just a few hours within our stay, things transformed rapidly from mediocre to terrible. Our air conditioning proved completely useless. On top of... More

Dear Mr/s Cilukbaa, Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback regarding our villa. I would like to apologize on behalf of the hotel and its team for your stay. I am certainly disappointed that your stay was not all that it could have been. Our standard procedure in this event would be to offer an upgraded room... More

We are a family of 2 adults and 2 kids age 4 and 2. The kids couldn't be any happier to have a pool of their own. We stayed from 9th-12th November 2013 at Suite Pool One bedroom. Everything was clean except for some ants and flies. No mosquitoes at all!! Breakfast spread wasnt much but not that bad either.... More

We loved the viila and spa, room excellent, everything pictures show mostly right though no microwave and no hairdryer I didn't take mine for that reason the other was no mattress on the sun lounges which made it very uncomfortable to lay on, apart from that rooms were excellent. Restaurant could be a little better, staff excellent service great, breakfast... More

My wife and I spent fantastic 5 days at these Villas and were accommodated in a Super Deluxe Pool Villa (Room 3). The room was superbly appointed: with your own private area beside your private pool, with an outdoor lounge, sunning recliners and chairs and table. This area also had a full sized fridge, flat screen TV, microwave and kettle!... More

I stayed here with my partner for just two nights and our only regret was we wished we had booked to stay longer! We stayed in a superior pool villa and as we were taken in we could not believe how luxurious, spacious and beautiful this villa was. From his and hers sinks, to the large bath and shower, to... Location - It is quite deep into the Umalas area. We used the free taxi services from the hotel once or twice, and besides that we always hired a taxi. Prices for the taxis never went higher than USD$4. We thought of hiring bikes, but due to the nature of the roads and the blind spots, we thought that the... More

This was our first time in Bali. And despite being on a smaller budget, we managed to find this gem of a villa tucked away in Seminyak. Though it's a bit of a distance from the central area, we had transportation arrangements for our activities in Bali (airport, snorkeling etc.) Just bear in mind that traffic can be quite heavy... One of the most beautiful places I've stayed in. We purchased a Scoopon deal and checked the photos, reviews etc and thought it looked pretty nice but these did not do it justice. The villas are absolutely impecable, the staff are beautiful, great spa and the food was great. It is a little bit away from normal touristy stuff, but... More

I stayed with my wife for 5 nights in Suite Private Villa. It was an amazing and memorable moment. The villa itself has spacious room and large size private pool in a tranquil place. They provide shuttle to Seminyak and Kuta / Legian area. So don't worry about transportation. It took 20 minutes to go to Seminyak from here. The... More
