The hotel staff weren't aware of our online booking upon arrival but were able to quickly find us a villa. The room was small but we spend most of our time outside anyway. I loved the outside balcony, which had a sofa bed as well as the outside bathroom. We stayed for two nights to just relax by the beach.... More

We were referred to Wawawewe villas by the owners of Munari in Ubud. Thank goodness as i doubt we would have found this place. Infinity pool over looking the sea. Great snorkeling and wonderful massages right on the beach front. Lovely friendly staff. Food good. Rooms spacious just make sure you negotiate the room price per night. We paid 70... More

Great little hide out in the Amed Area, so simple and pretty and when we were there no complaints about it not being clean or whatever, especially comparing it to a dozain of other same price places all over Bali. (The outside bathroom is one the cleanest i've seen after 3 weeks Bali!). Especially liked the laid back friendly atmosphere,... More

On quick inspection this place looks great but it is quite rundown and in need of a good clean and repairs. We had room 1 with a great view over the sea and pool. What lets this place down: Not clean. Worst breakfast ever in Bali, very poor quality and quantity. No water in bathroom when we wanted to shower.... More

The great things about this place were the friendly staff, easy going atmosphere, infinity pool, the view, air con in the rooms, private and quiet and the price is quite reasonable. The bathroom was outside, which I liked but did invite lots of bugs. The not so great things were the free breakfast was pretty bad, ended up eating somewhere... More

There are about 4 wawa wewe in amed, i don't know for the others but wawa wewe II was just amazing for the price. By chance we got the room in front of the ocean. What a great view in the morning+sound of the wave during the night... You can just take the stairs and go down to the beach... More

Wawa Wewe II continues to be the laidback retreat it has always been. The villas are a little worn, but they keep it very clean, and my villa had a new air-con. The restaurant is still serving simple, fresh and honest food, and the service is exellent and friendly. Since my last visit one year ago they now accept payment... More

Picture this for a way to start the day: banana pancake;fruit salad of paw paw, pineapple and watermelon; thick, rich Indo coffee; sun streaming down as your perched hilltop between the rolling waves and the infinity pool. Heaven and all before 8am! This place is divine. Set off the road so the only noise will be the waves rolling across... More
