This hotel is adjacent to Towson University. Stayed one night. Very friendly staff, very good location. Close to the main mall in Towson. My room was huge. Full kitchen amenities. They are doing some renovations, however, it didn't affect me. Definitely will stay again.

When we got to the Towson University Marriott Conference Hotel we saw a sign excusing the hotel for its looks. It was upgrading and renovating. I'm not sure what they were upgrading and renovating. We arrived Thursday 18 Dec 2014. Our son was getting married on that Sunday. They had only 1 of 2 elevators working. On a normal Thursday... More

Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel on trip advisor. As you mentioned we are under an extensive renovation as we are adding a new elevator. This project will help the slowness and random stopping at floors of our current elevators. Again I am sorry for the inconvenience this was caused during your stay here with us.... More

I had to go to Towson for business. The staff members were extremely friendly and offered good recommendations for local restaurants. The room I received was massive, a legitimate 2 bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, living room, dining room, and balcony. Extremely clean, exactly what I needed. If I'm ever in Towson again, this would be my 1st choice.

We had just a brief stay of one night following a wedding reception at another venue. The facility is modern, well serviced, quiet, clean and comfortable within a moderate price range. Free underground parking is included. A buffet breakfast including a very routine omelet service is available at a moderate cost. This is a practical and serviceable establishment best suited... We came to this hotel to attend a wedding. There was some renovation work taking place, so at first we were concerned about the noise...turned out not to be an issue at all. This hotel is beautiful! Well appointed lobby, restaurant, and conference rooms....in fact, every public area was perfect. Then, we opened the door to our room expecting the... More

We were here to visit my stepdaughter in November 2014 and stayed in this hotel for two nights. Parking - parking garage. It was certainly convenient and also free (a plus) but it is wide open meaning anyone can drive in and use it and there seems to be no security at all. Front Desk/Staff - check in. For various... Just a one night stay because birthday party for a friend was held there. Rooms were large and clean. 3 bedroom apartment just like home with a full kitchen, sleep sofa and plenty of room for a social gathering.

Not located in a particularly attractive area. I imagine it gets quite busy around college graduation time. Room was very nice.. a business suite large enough to sleep three with separate bedroom and full kitchen. The AAA price was only $107/night mid-week (a real bargain) but I have to imagine it was due to the season. The bed could have... More

Huge rooms, this building was originally a retirement home, then a dorm, now a hotel. As far as I know every room is an apartment. Kitchen, living room, bedroom, dual entry bath and lots of closets. First time I've ever seen a washer and dryer in my room. Would be a great extended stay hotel. Stayed on a Saturday night... More

I practically live at the Towson University Marriott. I've been staying here for weeks for work, and am supposed to continue doing so (it is my work-approved hotel). However, work-approved or not, I will not be staying here again until 2016 when the construction is finished (and by then I'm assuming my contract will be done, so really, I will... More
