I spent two days there with my wife. It was a fabulous experience. Evrything is great. The staff is so kind and willing to help. I was staying in bay view bungalow. The room is fantastic. The restaurant is charming and the food is correct. Definitively a good place to stay.

If you are going to the West Bali National Park, Naya Gawana is a good place to stay. It is beautiful and the villas nice and clean. The pool is huge, but mostly it is a staging point for enjoying the National Park. The snorkeling was fantastic and only a very short hop over to where you load up. Trekking... More

Certainly one of the highlights of our trip to Bali. Everything was great- location, room, service , etc. And we just tested the 'low end' bungalow and not the suite... The only minor drawback is that all the activities add to the overall price but I guess luxury comes at a cost.

This was by far the best hotel we stayed at in Bali. We stayed in a Bayview bungalow and it was stunning! Room was beautiful and opens to an outdoor bathroom and yard. Such a peaceful place to stay. The grounds were lovely and the pool was beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful and the restaurant food was good.... More

Very nice place to stay with fantastic view. Great staff, nice infinity swimming pool and warm jacuzzi. Outdoor with bay view, fantastic breakfast or dinner. Definitely will back again to Naya Gawana Resort....

A good place to escape from urban area. 2-storey villa with natural look, excellent view in the restaurant. But the resort is located very far away from Bali center, the road outside the resort is bumpy which should be fixed. Muslim pray starts at around 5:30am, it is a bit disturbing.

The GPS took us to Naya Gawana with an exhausted way but it was paid off by the amazing tranquility of the place. Actually Menjangan island was the reason why we were here. We had a good snorkling time at Menjangan. The hotel also provide their own snorkling program and own the jetty. (tp sy ikut snorkling diluar htl krn... More

I stayed in Gawana Resort 3 years ago and it was so nice I had to return for another stay this year. The newly constructed rooms looked really nice, however I had to stay again in Mangrove Villa 3. Love it. If I could put this in my suitcase and bring it home I would. The HUGE plunge bath fed... More

We've been going to Bali for decades and have seen this gem of an island grow from a quiet island escape to a noisy, traffic-choked jungle with congestion competing with that of Jakarta's. This resort, tucked in the northwest corner of Bali was a pleasantly surprising secluded retreat from the chaos of south Bali. The water was exponentially clearer than... More
