We stayed here for one night, and we chose this one as the other has already fully booked. We stayed at the seaview room. The room was big and clean. The garden was well maintained, i think if they do a little paint job it will brightened the property. Few things were No TV, hot water needs a long time... More

We actually ended up checking out again after an hour, because we found out that the swimming pool was getting "cleaned" (so they said) and was not functional. The problem was not only the broken swimming pool, but that nobody at check-in actually told us that there is a problem and that this problem won't be fixed for the entire... More

We stayed here three nights during the low season. The room was small but had everything we needed. The hot water was excellent in the afternoon but patch in the morning and the shower head lacked direction. Two pools and on the beach. It was a little walk to the 'main' section of town and the great snorkeling beach. We... More

Maybe I could have rated Uyah hotel more than average, if only I haven't read their official site before. The site gives a much grander impression than the actual hotel... Location: not so near cafes, money changers (as the exchange rate in the hotel is not so great, as usual) and shops as I thought. One have to walk about... More

I stayed here last week, from 26th to 27th April 2015 with my partner. At first sight, this hotel was old. It was also raining at the day we arrived. I could not even see the beauty of it. At first. But then we ordered the lunch, which was served very nicely by the female staff whom I forgot her... More

I stayed with my wife for 2 days here and it was quite pleasant. It's on the beach and has a nice pool. The rooms are quite basic - no bells and whistles of a luxury resort, but comfortable and clean. The food was good and not too badly priced either. The staff was very friendly as well. Just make... We found the hotel staff very friendly. Stayed in Villa B which had some minor issues - no locking cupboard or in-room safe, not all curtains present, windows don't quite fit the frames, doors have a big gap when closed, no mozzie nets for children's bed etc. So not great, breakie wasn't great and the food very over-priced compared to... The hotel is located right at the Amed beach. It has a nice garden, two pools and a diving school on site. We stayed for five days and had a very relaxing time here, which we definitely needed after climbing up to mount Rinjani a few days before. I also went diving and my girlfriend came along to snorkel. Both... More

Hotel Uyah Amed is a nice and quiet place just in front of the sea. Room is clean and the staff helpful and friendly. This hotel is well situated and you can rent a scooter near the hotel to visit this area.

Lovely people always trying to please with comfortable clean rooms at a reasonable price. What more do you need in paradise? I will stay here again next time I visit (and there will be a next time) that is definite.
