Totally disappointed ! - The localization is not good, pretty far away to Amed "center". - The room is good but the bathroom are outside (pretty cool when the weather is good but a mess when it's raining all day and night and you can't pee because it's raining over the toilets !!!). - There isn't hot water and they... I stayed at Bo's Bungalows for a few days in June before heading off to Gili Air. The bungalows are beautiful, with a pretty garden full of plumeria trees. It's situated on the mountainside and offers a beautiful view of the ocean. A stony beach is a mere 5 minute walk away. There is no AC but there is a... More

I think Bo's Homestay in Amed is a great place to stay. We payed 160k per night for a very nice bungalow with a double bed and private bathroom. The place looks nice and the room is clean. Also Wayan, the manager is very friendly and a great cook. Her banana pancakes are the best I've had in my 4... More

Firstly, Wayan is a really nice lady who offers to help you with advice and information, and is nice company on an evening and will cook you some nice meals. The room is light, peaceful and comfortable with good outdoor bathroom facilities. There is also a store next door for emergency supplies. However the wifi, if needed, is very poor... More

After a tour around the area, we stopped at Bo's to check it out, and Wayan has been so helpful and the price so attractive that we decided to stay. Bungalows comfortable, towel provided, open bathroom, clean, fan. The location is good, we do not hear the road that much, and view over the sea really enjoyable when you wake... More

Simply enjoyed my stay@Bo's The bungalows are w/ful and you cn hear the sea at night. Very welcoming place on top of the Hill. The relaxspace in the garden is great with the Hammock and the garden itself is well maintained and beautiful. All the things mentioned about Wayan are true! Lovely lady, great Cook and very hospitable. I had... More

All I can say is Terima Kasih banyak to Wayan for a delightful meal of chicken sate. Many years visiting Bali & now a resident, I've tried many a meal of varying success or otherwise....can honestly say without hesitation that the chicken sate & in fact the actual sate sauce is the very best I have ever tried in Indonesia.... I stayed 3 nights at Bo’s bungalows. Bo picked me for free at the pier, it’s nice to have someone who welcomes you with a smile and helps you to leave the boat! You have to climb some big steps to reach the bungalow, but Wayan, the lady who takes care of you there, carried my huge luggage on her... More
