Seriously! We loved this hotel. With advice from someone who had BTDT we booked a downstairs room in the new building. Construction was simple - two beds, a double and a 3/4, mosquito netting, a cabinet, and a small table in the room. The bath was equally sparse and spacious. Staff came in daily to sweep up a bit, mop,... More

We only stayed 1 night here..fantastic location right on the quiet beach. It's not a big fancy hotel but definitely a good choice if you are passing through. Rates were at rp200,000 per person per room.. Included breakfast and dinner off the dining menu(think my dinner would of cost 100,000 by itself) so for value, well worth it! Room was... More

The best value hotel in Amed. Plus it is the ONLY place to stay where your room is literally next to the beach, so you can hear the waves braking all night long. Amed is great - soft sand beach and great snorkeling! The hotel is a great value. Each room has 2 queen beds and can easily hold up... More

We stayed here in January and really loved it. The hotel is RIGHT on the beach, its perfect and such and amazing coral reef!! Our children had a great time on the beach, playing with the local children. The staff was very friendly and more than willing to help us out with any request( transport, room service even buying sigarettes... More

This hotel is one of the oldest in this area. Location if perfect, the sea is right in front of you! It offers good sea life with corals and different kinds of fish although sometimes there are small or even sometimes "invisible" jellyfish (if you feel your skin is pricked it means you get stung!) It has some types of... More

I have been several times (long stay) in Pondok Vienna beach, and it is just one of the best places to stay in Amed area. The location is wonderfull, right on the beach where local people play every day. This part of Bali is still the real Bali. If you are looking for luxery 5 star villa, this is not... More

The hotel is very good situated, the view from the bungalow directlyo n the sea is great. But the hotel is not in good shape: old and not well cintained. We couldnt even close the windows mor the doors properly there were always quit large gaps. So the humidity in the room was high, especially in the bed and also... More

Have been going here over 10 years - friends said do not post review, because once secret of Vienna Beach is out we will never get back in because it will be booked out- but will take risk . First, if you need a western style bath {none} or shower [with real hot water & pressure], this place is not... More
