I have stayed here more than once. Each time I have a great experience! Great atmosphere, friendly helpful staff and delicious food! Definatly the place to be in Alleppey. The experience i had on both the houseboat and smaller canoe type boat were good, we enjoyed some great scenery and food. The garden at night is my favourite place ,... More

Cheapest double Non-AC room 600 rupees. Nice garden. Little expensive restaurant, but available porridge. Location available on Google map. Located almost 2 km from ferry station and bus road, and 1 km from beach, but beach dirty.

We stayed here for three nights whilst in allepey, and had a lovely time. It's situated close to the beach and railway station, and just a short rickshaw ride to the bus stand and boat jetty. The rooms are very well priced and spacious, and the best part is the beautiful garden, fairy light at night, with many places to... More

Here is our story of Vrindavanam Heritage Home. We did not pay much per night to get a room at the back of the home. To cut a long story short, I will give you our pros and cons: Pros: Location, garden, the ambiance, the people, budget stay Cons: Mosquitoes and mosquitoes and of course then there were mosquitoes and... The hostel is close to the beach and the railway station. The KSRTC bus stand is a bit further away. The house is really nice and the garden with the hammocks is a good place to just relax and chill out. The rooms are quite spacious, have a mosquito net without holes and are clean. The service is good, as... More

Pros: Location - close to the beach Property - Well done , love the option of two different sections. One had a complete Goa shack look to it other the very heritage Kerala look. Hospitality - Excellent hosts, they offered to pick us up from the bus stand when I had called to just check the address. Energy - Lovely... More

We stayed for two nights (room 900 rps. no AC room) in the front court. The building is really heritage - it is old but nicely renovated, neat and in good condition. It is a backpacker's stay, the bar and restaurant in the garden invite for common evenings and dinner with other travellers. The rooms are nicely furnished, bathroom is... More

We got off to a bad start when we were mistakenly put in the 'deluxe room'. We thought it looked just about worth the 600 rupees we would be paying but instead we were taken to a room that should be 400 or less. We were disappointed by this and by the fact that the wifi was down as this... More

We got a room for 600Rs a night, so at that price you can't complain too much but I think if you're lied to you can be disappointed. But, starting with the positives, spacious clean room and good value. Bad shower, no hot water, no wifi, noisy road outside the window and lastly the manger (if you can find him)... More
