This is one of the best resort I enjoy staying with my family. Starting form the reception , warmth of the stuff, quality of food and the facilities are all very good. Both the lake view rooms were excellent. I will always recommend traveller to visit and stay in this resort once.

Excellent customer service, rooms were good, location is near vembanad lake, boating at this lake is excellent for couples as well as family. Food is good, but can improve more in terms to quantity....

A good getaway for the weekend ... A nice location with prompt service makes the hotel recommendable. Was offered an upgrade and found good value for money with the hotel. Can offer some entertainment options since can get boring after the day. Activities can have some staff involvement to maintain equipment and program.

I stayed here for a honey moon trip. The hotel is nice. Staff also helps a lot. Only problem I feel is the food is costly. My wife also like this place a lot and she need to come back again here. We are planning to come back again in this hotel. We enjoyed the stay. Thanks alot

Great location, Great food, Great Hospitality, I will definitely come back. We stayed at their "Lake Facing" room. The food was awesome and the view was fantastic. I hope we will come back again soon.
