I did stay here for only 1 night. I had the newer bungalow with warm water for 15us$. As it was in the evening still warm inside the room I needed the ceiling fan (no airco) but that was making a lot of noise. And as the room was not really clean (difficult in a wooden bungalow) it became a... More

This is the best place in town for views, the best deals are the bungalows so you are on your own it might be a bit more expensive. The place has a great restaurant with nice food and it's nice to relax there during the day or evening. Every things you like to organize is cheaper if you do this... More

Beautiful location close to town. We had a double cabin with a bathroom. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. Cheap according to Western standards, but you could definitely get a simple room cheaper in town. Also, book direct for buses, as most prices seemed to have a commission attached. We didn't like the fact that we couldn't... More

Great spot in Banlung. We loved the restaurant with its great valley views and the nice sisters running this place. Every bungalow has its own porch with hammock to enjoy the beautiful setting. As this place is set in the middle of the forest, we did see some rats in one of the bungalows, but after we were ttansferred to... More

After trying out three different guesthouses in Banlung (some were pretty good, but none had any charm), Tree Top Eco Lodge was where could easily have spent more than the three days we stayed there. It is located, to my surprise, much closer to the town centre than the guesthouses around the lake are. In fact, DutchCo (for treks and... More

Really nice spot to hang out for a few days. Rooms are more expensive than other places in town, but are much better appointed and in a much nicer setting. The $12 bungalows only have cold water showers though, be sure to pay the $3 extra to get one with hot water! Nice food, friendly staff, great base to do... More

super lovely place, perfect to relax! very nice and clean room. very friendy and helpful staff. I've done a trekking for two days which I can recommend to everyone: swimming in a waterfall, sleeping in a hammock and cooking in a piece of bamboo. I would always come back!! 100% top!

Been to Thailand, Laos, Vietnam and Cambodia so far. This was the best place, we have stayed in. For $6 a night we got an awesome bungalow with a nice balcony and good staff. Also, free transportation from our 15 hour bus ride (bus broke down) to the bungalow. The food was some of the best I had in Cambodia... More

When we arrived we were told that the rooms that we had booked in advance were not available, despite having received a confirmation email from Treetops the previous day. Not what you want to hear after a ten hour drive from Phnom Penh. We were too tired to look for anywhere else so we ended up paying more than twice... More

Beautiful rooms!!! Wauw! Sadly price was higher than the lonely planet told us. Nevertheless, the food was good and the scenery was great. We planned to stay 5 days but only spend 2 nights.. The Banlung area was dissapointing because of all the rubbertrees. Staf was not very likeable, also due to the lack of service. We could not imagine... More
