We stayed at the lodge for 3 nights and had a very enjoyable stay. We had two dinners and found the quality of the Khmer cooking of a high standard and reasonably priced. Megmatt 85-if you want to eat pizza, I suggest you stay in Italy!! Drinks a little expensive. Breakfasts quite adequate if a bit limited in choice. The... More

Feels nice as son as you enter the grounds. Set out clonial style. Lovely gardens and pool. Restaurant overlooking the lake. Realy nice place.we had a fan room which was very nice, but no tv or kettle or air con, just a fan in the ceiling, but room quite cool. Drinks a bit expensive, food very good, prices normal. Would... We stayed for 2 nights at Terres Rouge in a Junior Suite. When we arrived, we were impressed by the very nice gardens, pool (although it was very cold!) and very nicely presented room. However, there were a few issues with the rest of our stay: - our room was very noisy, both with noise from the adjoining rooms and... More

Dear guest, Thanks for staying at Terres Rouges. About your room being dark, well there are two hanging lamps with 4 bulbs each, one standing lamp on each of the bedside tables and one on the desk, we might consider adding lamps but I'm not sure it would really change something ! Noise in Cambodia is unfortunately something that hoteliers... More

This place was booked by my tour group, and I was thrilled with the grounds, the beautiful carved furniture throughout, and the cozy room. However, once I spent a bit of time in my room I realized my bathroom is adjoined to the bathroom of the room next door with a half wall, and I heard every noise they made... More

We stayed here for 3 nights in december as part of our honeymoon. The hotel itself is situated in a lovely place right next to a lake. The grounds of the hotel are very nice and very well maintained. The room itself was reasonable, although the location of our specific room was our only concern. They have a couple of... More

The hotel is just next to the bigger lakes in Balung and gives you the perfect place to start your excursions in and around Banlung. We books the best category - the rooms are big and have a wonderful terrace to the garden. As Banlung is a bit dusty, it is nice to come back to a hotel with a... More

My partner and I stayed at Terres Rouges for four nights. It is certainly the nicest accommodation we saw in Ban Lung, but the resort is definitely showing signs of age. The rooms are big and beautifully decorated, but as many other people have said, overpriced compared to similar accomodation in Cambodia in peak season. When we decided to stay... More

Dear guest, The Christmas dinner you found so disgusting was prepared by a former Chef in the best Palace in Monaco who happened to be staying with us at this time, everybody else loved it but you. I've had it myself four times. Regarding our staff giving "preferential treatment to French speaking guests", well I don't see how this could... More

After a 2 week tour in Cambodia, we rated this as the best hotel we stayed in. We had upgraded ourselves to a junior suite. The room had all the amenities that you really need (yes I can confirm the other reviews that there is no minibar, phone or safe) with nice wood furniture. Ceiling fan and working AC, TV... More

We stayed here three nights in a junior suite with air con and fan. The swimming pool was great. Large sun chairs, thick cotton cushions in the sun chairs (instead of the more easy to clean, plastic ones), colourful pool towels, a bar-restaurant next to the pool (no need to walk far to order a drink or a meal) and... Located on the lake at the north side of town, but just a 10min walk from the main road. And they have a big collection of bicycles for rent (no motorbike). A beautiful garden with tropical & colonial style bungalows. And they have an nice swimming pool. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and diner. Both western as asian food. My... More
