An amazing resort but very low level of maintainance and poor service. We booked 2 connecting rooms for us and 4children. The romms has great potential and the view was amazing, but very dirty, the sheets and towels knew better days, and turn to a yellow kind of color. A serious problem of pluming, the toilet did not flush. The... More

I've been to this place more than 10 times and I find it to be the best in Kep. The rooms are amazing, very spacious and clean with a huge balcony to see the sea ; ) The breakfast is very good and the for the dinner I recommend the Khmer BBQ - full of flavors. The owner is very... More

We arrived to a staff member tripping over one of several dogs lounging in the bar area. "Have you booked?" was our welcome. Disclaimer: we didn't stay! We took one look at our room and decided to go elsewhere. Aircon leaking all over the floor, inside and out. Clearly an ongoing issue as the wooden door frame was water stained.... More

The hotel and pool are very lovely and the rustic design is appealing - the food, however, was very second rate (breakfast was good, but dinner as awful). I agree with other reviewers that it needs a bit of an update and the staff were kind, but not as helpful as other places we stayed in Cambodia

Lovely location with nice views, pool and gardens are really pretty and a lovely place to relax. We were upgraded to one of the new rooms which was very big with a terrace boasting sea views. Kep is a very quite place, but nice for a couple of days to relax.

This was my favourite hotel in Cambodia, I extended my stay twice it was so relaxing. Amazing views from the first floor balconies, I spent days just sitting out and enjoying the sunshine, the balconies are really comfy and get a good amount of sun for sunbathing. The staff are very friendly and it feels very safe. A family environment... More

My boyfriend and I stayed here in May for 3 days and I wish we had stayed longer. Actually I wish I could just move in! The whole set up is absolutely beautiful and after hopping all over SEA for two months this was the break we needed. We stayed in an AC bungalow and it was so nice. The... More

Wonderful location with glorious views of the waters off Kep. Amazing sunsets and the sea breeze was a welcome relief each day as was the large swimming pool. The lodge was a bit too far to walk to the crab market and Kep beach but a tuk tuk is always available. We had several meals in the restaurant and the... More

We spent 3 nights here and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We were upgraded to a lovely room which had a large balcony with a hammock and sofas and a beautiful view. The room was great and had everything we needed. The grounds are nice and the swimming pool is a good size and has lots of loungers around it. Staff are... More

After reading all the good reviews we were looking forward to an excellent stay. On arrival all seemed to be OK but as time went by things started to go bad. First of all we were over charged for motor bike rental. We were charged $8 US where as the information book in the room said $7 US. When we... More

Dear CatGympie, We are really sorry that your stay wasn't to your liking specially after you were expecting more. Please let me explain some things which might be misunderstood by other people. The motorbike rental was $7 a few years ago when we rented out semi-automatic scooters. When we started renting out automatic scooters a couple of years ago the... More
