Close to beach, central and eassy to get around, super helpful and friendly staff, very spacious room with view. We defenitly enjoyed our stay in Kep. Do not miss out on the peppered crabs in one of the crab shacks!

Wonderful service by the new Belgian owner, very helpful. Nice modern rooms, good value, small pool but nice beach views. Very quiet seaside village. Make sure to visit the abandoned buildings on Bokor mountain nearby. Highly recommended.

This hotel is located on Kep beach. The rooms are big and stylish. Views from the balcony are the most amazing in Cambodia. Wifi is working well. Cute little swimming pool overlooking the sea and nearby islands. The coffee shop downstairs serves the best coffee in Kep. Friendly and helpful staff. Great owners. The place to be!!!!

We have just returned to PP from a relaxing 4 night stay at the Saravoan. The perfect location right on the beach and next door to the 'village' square with a few restaurants, coffee shops, food/drink/ ciggie/ clothes shops, also a great Thia massage. The rooms are large, with air con. Maybe a bit basic for the luxury market, but... More

The Saravoan hotel in Kep has by far the best location . The rooms are very pleasant, all with great view to the beach and the pool. Good wi-fi , and a reasonable breakfast, at the terrace restaurant . The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful . We enjoy our week stay at the hotel... More

This hotel has been taken over by 2 young guys who are very service oriented. I'm a novelist and filmmaker ("They Call It Myanmar") working on a new film about Cambodia and have traveled all over the . I have been traveling all over the country and I think Kep is probably the nicest place on the mainland. The hotel... More

If you are going to come to Kep, this is where you should stay. The place is close to the beach, it is worth the money for the nice rooms, with comfy beds and good air con. Pool area is great, although a few more chairs might go a long way, otherwise prepare to get in early to snare a... More
