We were warmly welcomed by the staff, which was very helpful to book our bus for the next day. The rooms were clean and with regular size. The garden is nice with hammocks to chill out. The hostel is about 10 minutes away (walking) from the central street with restaurants and the market. The WiFi signal was very poor in... More

Stayed here for a couple of nights. It was quiet. It is right beside the crab market which is about the only real thing to see in Kep. The rooms were clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. When they showed us a ground floor room we asked could we stay on a higher floor and it was not an issue.... More

This place could be so much better. Rooms are big, but that's pretty much the only good thing about them. Hard matrasses and pillows.... Broken dirty shower.... Invisible staff... "restaurant" with essentials like ice missing... Bottom line, would not recommend this place this place to anyone who wants to have a pleasant stay in Kep.

The rooms are huge, this is fantastic, however there is only one small pillow provided and it's very hard. Breakfast is very boring and I expected much more. There's no atmostphere in this hotel what so ever. Unfortunately the staff speak very limited english, almost impossible to communicate with this. Very close to Crab Market, just a 5mins walk.

The location is good although some distance from the main area in Kep but it is close to the crab market. The hotel is in two block. The more modern block has large clean rooms but you'll be lucky if you get a room where everything works. The pillow are like sandbags and the towels like sandpaper. The hotel is... More

Stayed here late 2013 with my partner. Best things first...The guesthouse was conveniently located with the Crab markets only being a 5 minute walk. The views of the ocean from the hotel was nice and relaxing. The rooms were new and fairly large. However the pillows were rock solid. The bathroom was clean and large. The guesthouse had a good... Location was FANTASTIC. So close to the crab market, and is right by the water! The room was lovely.. the building we were in was quite new. During our stay we had 0 hot water - although the staff gave us $2/night back to account for that. Very cheap -- great value. The included breakfast was quite disappointing though.. But... More

Is how I came upon this place. And what a find! The rooms are big and clean with wifi and next to the beach you can't ask for much more than that. The price was good too, and the sunset was magic. The restaurant was very basic so I ate at the crab market. Nice fresh fish.

First, I totally agree with the most recent comments. They start construction here at 7am so forget trying to sleep in past then. We chose it because of the proximity to the water however this was a bad move because all the construction workers take over the area when the finish working at 11am. They also have an outdoor kitchen... More
