Very beautiful, quaint little resort. We loved the intimacy and quietness of the location and of our room. The pool was always cleaned and so inviting. About a 5 minute walk to the Crab Market, and a 20 minute walk to the beach. A very easy place to walk back and forth. The staff are all so sweet and make... More

We stayed for two nights in the master suite. The room was very nice large with a fan and air con so it was never too hot with television and Wifi (although weak). The bathroom was great it was large shower with dark stone made it feel like a 5 star resort. The pool was good not the largest however... More

location: Kep "downtown" and beach are not far (20 min walk) and there is a national park right at the door room: your bungalow is surrounded by green, so eyes and sound of other guests are blocked food: the breakfast is ok, even if it lacks a little bit variety and the restaurant options for dinner sound more than they... Dear Customer We much appreciated your comment. Kep is located far from any big towns and it's not easy to access to any big market where we can find the items that are not right season in Kep. However we only provide FRESH ingredients and food at our restaurant and we would rather explain to our customers that we are... More

I stayed here a few weeks ago after reading the glowing reviews.I was disappointed by the price of the room, the curtain across the toilet and no exhaust fan. The window nearby did not open and the sliding front doors had a huge gap that let mosquitoes in. The weather was quite cool yet the bungalow had no fans and... More

Dear Customer Thank you for your comment. We are to install the new door system so the gap between doors will be sorted out in very nearer future. We are also going to equip with mosquito net in each bungalow. Regarding a sign on the roundabout, you might have seen some signs there but we are just following local government's... More

After reading trip advisor reviews on this place we thought we would try it as at the time it was number one of the area. We were weary of noise issues mentioned however went for it. It has a beautiful setting and good position for the area. The rooms are nice but nothing special. Our first night there we were... More

Dear Customer Thank you for your comment. I have tried many methods to stop rats from climbing on the roof top but however they still come back occasionally even though we have installed rat cage trap in each bungalow and room. But we won't give up in finding other solutions to keep them away. As we take every single comment... More

It is a beautiful setting in a perfect location and that is why we went. And we were not dissapointed when we arrived. The pool is gorgeous and at night after we came back from dinner we simply loved sitting by the softly lit pool with great cocktails. The food let this place down. Maybe the lunch chef isn't good... Dear Customer Thank you for your comment and apology for the unpleasant night. We have installed rats cage trap in each bungalow but unfortunately they still managed to get on the roof. We will contact pest control company in Phnom Penh and install mosquito net in each bungalow. Hope this issue will be sorted out soon. We have some new... More

The service was the best we found in Cambodia - and we encountered great service in several other places. It was impeccable here, friendly, helpful. We felt very welcome, and taken care of. Our bungalow with porch was very clean and modern, with a comfortable bed. We ate at the restaurant a few times on the roof, and it was... More

After spending an extended period of time working in Phnom Penh, my friends and I were in need of a quiet get-away in Kep, and Raingsey did not disappoint. From the seamless online reservation to the extended check-out time, we really enjoyed our weekend stay at this serene, secluded bungalow hotel. The pool was immaculate, and the breakfast spread included... More
