I was really looking forward to staying at Jasmine Valley after all the amazing reviews on tripadvisor but we were a little disappointed. My husband and I love camping and the outdoors so this seemed the perfect place for us.. The resort was in a lovely location, but it is a valley and there was no breeze making the whole... More

Hi VMclay, Thanks for writing. Jasmine and I have needed to be offsite a bit lately as we've been working on a film project to help dysfunctional Cambodian families get themselves back on track, so I'm sorry we missed you. We typically get overwhelmingly positive feedback from our guests, regarding our staff, so I'm not sure what was going on... More

Jasmine is located at the end of a little valley. It has beautiful little corners to hang around, a nibbling-fish-pond & a skate bowl. You can go up hill for a walk or rent a scooter to explore the surrounding. The stuff was very very nice and helpful. The food was very good too! Great place to stay!

My first ever review on Tripadvisor - and I didn't even stay here. Myself and my mum spent a month travelling Cambodia in January this year and this has to be one of my highlights. I had read about a skatebowl in the jungle and had to go check this out...well what a delight! We hired scooters and had the... More

What a fantastic place to enjoy Christmas. The hosts, Owen and Jasmine and their staff are amazing- nothing is too much trouble. Arriving here starts with the most amazing journey up to the private valley and is just beautiful. The food was simple but delicious. There are many day trips to go on from Jasmine and of course the sunsets... More

Jasmine Valley was an incredible mix of Cambodian hospitality and Australian sass. The Food was incredible, the views, stunning and the Australian red a wonderful surprise after all that beer! The owners, Owen and Jasmine, were so welcoming it was like we were old friends visiting after a long time away, what a beautiful and truly inspiring way to live.... More

My friend in Phnom Penh, Cambodia recommended Kep as an up and coming town, and for some mouth watering crabs. I came across Jasmine Valley as a part of my search on Kep, and after reading through the very transparent Jasmine Valley website and tripadvisor reviews, I decided that I wanted to include JV as a part of my honeymoon... Overall, I'm glad we stayed here. It was pretty much as expected given the comprehensive descriptions on the website and the many reviews on TripAdvisor, so I won't bore with repeating all those details. The place is possibly not laid out on quite the grand scale I anticipated and for me there are little details needed now to lift the... More

The roads to jasmine valley are quite bad, winding and there was not many signages. There was no hot water so cold showers it is. There was also not enough voltage for to charge the phone. The place was quite far from everything and trying to get tuk tuks from the crab market back up to jasmine valley was a... More

Hi Ivy, Thanks for writing and I'm pleased that the five backpackers was a highlight for you. It will be interesting to hear from the backpackers after this TA debate ;) A couple of things I should answer for the sake of other travelers. We have (let's call it) ambient temperature water, which is super refreshing for most of the... More

Our stay here was meant to be one of the highlights of a month in Cambodia and disappointingly it was not, but on another day would have been, perhaps our tuk tuk overturning on the final bend was an omen! Our first night was in Big Bungalow but we were moved to no.9 for our second night, as we had... More

Hi Clare, Thanks so much for your review and I'm so pleased that you enjoyed everything - except for the backpackers :-/ Jasmine and I had to be away at the time and our Cambodian staff are culturally very shy and don't cope well with confrontation - I'm guessing that's why they didn't ask the barbecuers to move on. We're... More

After a noisy Friday night's stay in a Kep guesthouse, I decided to check out Jasmine Valley Eco-Resort to see if its location at the foothill of Kep Mountain would provide the rest I needed. I was glad to be made available a large lodge with two bedroom. That Saturday, I slept soundly, cooled naturally by the sea breeze. Most... More
