One of the cleanest & well run budget guest houses in Cambodia. The staff are ultra friendly & will do their best to make your stay as welcoming as they can. The rooms have a no smoking policy, if you do smoke there are open air verandas. The place is also ultra secure. The rooms have satellite & are impeccably... More

Stayed one night with a friend for a total of 15 USD. PROS - Clean rooms - Has convenience store downstairs - Decent staff - Air conditioned (upon request, costs a bit more) CONS - Some mosquitoes in bathroom - No safes - Thin blankets If you're looking for somewhere for the night and are a bit cash strapped, go... The room was clean. I was up on the 3rd floor. Private bathroom. There are no room safes. My room had no air con, but did have a fan. There was a TV, bed was comfortable. There are several common areas to sit in - they are clean, comfortable and well kept with plants and comfortable furniture. 2 bottles of... More

This place is well located in the centre of town and is kept very clean, when I had ants in my room they dealt with it straightaway and they also clean the room and change linen daily. So far so good but the staff could do with some training, the reception guy is probably the coldest and distant customer facing... More

The staff was rude. Upon check in they never smiled and questioned whether we really had a reservation. Even when I provided the reservation receipt they were unfriendly. Our reservation was for a balcony room. They wound up giving us a room with no outside window, basically a dark box. We did have a window that looked down to the... More

During a trip through southeast Asia we arrived at kampot. We ran into this place which was fairly priced for what you recieve, big clean rooms, working hot shower and in my opinion the best location in Kampot, allready recommended to people we met. And the staff were very helpful and friendly as well!

We booked two rooms for 2 nights as part of a Cambodian tour because it was highly rated and promised a room with balcony, writing desk and fan to cool the room...However, once we arrived at the hotel, after a very short tuk tuk ride from the bus drop (which the driver said was a few km away, as it... We stayed for 2 nights in an a/c room with hot shower. It was good value for money and well run. A good place to stay for a short while to explore Kampot. The room was clean and tidy with daily maid's service. Super central location but quiet. We booked onward transport to Sihanoukville with these guys and it was... More

Location is perfect, located close to river and near night market. 22$for room (double bed & fan), but no ac. Big and clean but keep in mind there's no hot water (didnt mind for us). The atmosphere is more like a hotel then guesthouse with no mutual space to relax. Breakfast was included (if you book in advance i think).... More
