We stayed at the Pepper Guesthouse on Guesthouse Road (where a bunch of guesthouses are) and got a super lovely room for $10/night - it was the corner room on the second floor, so we had lots of natural light, plus we could easily hang out on the terrace right outside our room. The breakfasts at guesthouse are reasonably priced,... More

Maybe we are spoiled… But with a room rate of $15 we usually get our room cleaned daily at other hotels… We stayed for three nights and our room was not cleaned during our stay. Not that I care so much about a cleaned bathroom and fresh towels every day, but the garbage attracted ants and the floor could have... More

I stayed in two different rooms, both well furnished and good value for money. One on the first floor had windows on three sides and a semi private balcony. Some may have found this a bit noisy or public but I enjoyed the breezes. Breakfast was ok but slow, was advised not to eat dinner there as there are many... More

Looked great from the outside and especially appealing with the "free breakfast" sign outside the main gate. We stayed in the most expensive room for 2 nights - a bungalow for $20 a night, and had breakfast on both mornings. The staff seemed friendly and helpful during our stay. However, when we came to check out we were charged extra... More

I stayed at this hotel for several nights and one day when I came back my laptop and money had been robbed in my locked room, in my locked backpack that had been cut open!! When I went to the reception they just said they didn t do it because they didn t have the key of my room....Come on... More

Stayed for 10 days in April and although the guesthouse is clean and not too noisy, it absolutely lacks any personal appeal. The room I stayed in faced the restaurant and the car park, with louvre windows and fan at 9$ per night, so you wake up to either guests departing by car early in the morning or to guests... More

That was really true i spend the afternoon here and nobody from outside can come in here so the Boys from the Reception are the thief's i am sorry for that... More

I stayed here for 6 nights! It is well located - 5m -10m walk to town! The property is well maintained & peaceful. The room I stayed in was mosquito-proof & clean. It was a good size, with a comfortable bed, well-positioned fan & good lighting. The property felt secure - with the gate closed & monitored at night! The... More

Fantastic budget guesthouse. Got a fan room for $9 a night., hot water and shared balcony. Room was secure and aircon was not needed with all the louvre windows. Great bar/eating area and breakfast was lovely. Staff were friendly and willing to help. Highly Recommended.

I stayed there just for one night (fortunately!). The room was clean and nice. 9$ is really very cheap. BUT the way the receptionist (young guy) treats his guests is just horrible. When I arrived I told him that I wanted to take the bus to Phnom Penh the next day and asked him to organise my busticket. He agreed... More
