We fully enjoyed our 2 nights. The staff was friendly and helpful. They arranged kayaking & motorbikes for us. The Khmer breakfast (noodle soup) was delicious. The cottage was rustic but clean. Highly recommend!

We stayed for 6 nights here and found the staff so friendly and warm, the food quite good, enjoyed swimming in the river and hearing the fishing boats go by each morning and evening! Lots of families with kids, volleyball games, kayaks available, and close enough to Kampot to be convenient. The bungalows were just great. A really pleasant stay.

Great location, friendly, clean, good food. But everyone's brats running around day an night so not much fun at all 😞 it is familyied out, no singles there at all. The kids scream and disturb everything. Great for families I would guess...

It is local and natural style. Surrounded by rice field. It is good place to relax and escape from the crowd. Family run and all member friendly and helpful. Dinner was great. Early morning was so lousy by ferry passing by, but was not big problem. If you are looking for good coffee, you will disappointed.

We had hoped to spend several nights here but gave up after one night. The over-the-river scenic bungalow is described as being suitable for up to five adults, but in a single room with double, single and two pull out beds it is hard to see how that would be possible or comfortable. The wardrobe had no hangers, and the... More

Difficult to find the words to answer this really surprising comments of these guests. As the owner of Les manguiers my wife and myself we were not on site when they arrived and met these guests only in the morning after. On arrival they were upset about the scenic bungalow as it has only one large room and not 2... More

Local style huts on stilts, bordering the river, surrounded by rice fields, idyllic. Jean Yves and Phear are superb hosts. Nothing is too much trouble. Having lived in Cambodia for over 20 years, Jean Yves knows his onions when it comes to local knowledge. The rooms are clean but fairly Spartan. Hot water for washing and showers comes in the... This is a very nice place a few hours drive from Phnom Penh to chill out and relax. Beautifully located on the river banks, the hotel offers different level of rooms. Mine was very basic but clean. The restaurant is healthy and tasty. The guesthouse has various activities to offer like boat trips, bikes, motorbikes, canoes etc ... to keep... More

We spent our first few nights in Kampot staying here, and loved every minute. The view at sunset has to be the best in town (and we tried quite a few places!), the staff are nice and we went on a amazing river trip organised by the hotel. The only real negative is the state of the road out there,... More

we had been here once before with our two kids this past summer and despite the three straight days of rain on that visit, we had a great time. the peaceful setting right along the river is idyllic, you can't help but leave relaxed. the kid and family friendly environment kept all of us happy. we returned for the water... I chose this location in the basis of Lonely Planet and some positive reviews from TA. The views are amazing from the riverfront and nice a quiet, however Kampot is already a quiet town so there isn't much of a need to escape. Located about 2kms from town down a dirt road (hard to ride after rain due to pooling... More
