Stayed here for one night at the start of our safari and how we wished it was longer. This was our first camp experience and it certainly hit all the right spots.Justin and Jackie were very welcoming hosts and set a very collective/pleasant /amiable tone for all the guests. After a fab shower it was off to the camp fire to meet... Olivers Camp exceeded our expectations in every way! The friendliness of Justin and Jackie set a welcoming tone, that permeated the whole experience. This was our introduction to Tarangire and the tent camps. One highlight was a walking safari with Blessed. It was scary at first to walk in the bush, but Blessed led us with a strict, but quiet... Our mantra became: "We didn't know what to expect, but this is beyond expectation!" Truth is, we anticipated incredible wildlife. We didn't imagine the comfort and care we found at Little Oliver's. Angel and Alex are terrific managers; the staff was top notch. Loved the huge, comfy beds and outdoor showers. Delicious meals. We couldn't recommend more highly.

Oliver's was our first camp on our first ever safari. We arrived with preconceived expectations about what the camp would be like, mainly derived from previous trip advisor reviews and Asilia's own website. We therefore thought it would be good, but nothing could prepare us for the truly unforgettable experience we had over 3 days. From the outset, tumbling out... More

The first part of our family safari was at the almost brand new Little Oliver's Camp in Tarangire National Park. As a group of ten we took out 5 of the 6 tents on the property. Friendly welcome from Angel, Alex and the team, great food, camp fire sundowners, exceptional 24/7 outdoor showers (the best of our trip) and very... More

We had an outstanding 3 days with our hosts, Justin and Jacky at Oliver's Camp. This permanent camp comes with spacious tents, that are a cross between a tent and a cabin. There is a large bedroom area, comfortable beds, a bathroom area with flush toilet and dressing area, a "porch" with recliners, and delightful outdoor showers. It is a... More

As part of our safari, we stayed at Little Oliver's Camp for three nights. Little Oliver's is just down the road from Oliver's and also run by the Asilia group. The Camp is relatively new (opened in June 2013). The Camp Manager and her team provide an outstanding level of service. The location of the tents allows guests to watch... More

By now, we have spent three week in Tanzania. We were in four camps, all of them different in style and experience. We loved Oliver's Camp. If I were to be picky, I would say that the "breakfast and Lunch to-go" we not the best. I would definitely go back. John

My husband and I just returned from our two week vacation in Tanzania. I can say without a doubt that Oliver's Camp was my favorite camp. The accommodating staff, the "tent" and definitely the outdoor shower made this an absolutely enjoyable experience. Don't let the words "camp" or "tent" scare you. Oliver's was like staying at an outdoor four or... More
