We enjoyed a lovely 2 night stay at Oliver's camp. Tarangire was our favorite park and Oliver's was the perfect base to explore the park from. The camp is quite beautiful and the tented rooms are fit for a king. The food was delicious and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Two members of our party took the walking tour... More

Little Oliver's Camp was our first stop on an 8 day safari. We were a group of 4 couples and stayed 2 nights. We wished it were longer and hugged our amazingly knowledgeable guides Alex and Rich good bye when they brought us to the air strip to travel on to Ngorongoro. The games drives were nothing short of breathtaking,... More

This was our first night on safari and Little Oliver's did not disappoint. We stayed 2 days in July 2014. When we arrived we were greeted with drinks and a cool cloth. After a very filling lunch, we were shown our tent. It was the perfect blend of modern amenities with a little exposure to the wild. You could hear... More

This was our first trip to Africa and the first camp we stayed in. The staff at the camp was very knowledgeable about the terrain and the animals. They were very accommodating for all of our needs and the camp manager Michelle was a great hostess. We felt the food was good and the campfire and meeting all of the... More

Only stayed one night. Lovely hospitality and great food. Very nice thatched roof and canvas walled suites on raised platforms. The external shower is a great experience as is the isolation of each suite. You can only charge cameras etc in the lobby but that was ok. Drinks at sunset around a fire watching stars appear in the cool of... More

Justin manages a wonderful camp at Olivers. All in all, our Africa trip was one of the best vacations ever - and Oliver's camp was one of the highlights. The tents were comfortable and peaceful. The wildlife sitings were outstanding. The food was very good, and great wine. The game drivers were extremely capable, smart and fun to be with.... More

Jackie and Justin were remarkable hosts! The camp is spectacular - the get all the details correct. Freshly french pressed coffee in the tent with a wake up call, amazing food, plenty of hot water! We have stayed at remarkable properties all over the world - they could all learn something from Oliver's!

This is a fantastic camp with great accommodations, great food and excellent hospitality. I highly recommend staying here and please note that you should book at a least 1 year in advance else you would most probably not be able to secure a room.

A very welcoming experience for our first safari. Having never really camped or stayed in the bush - we were slightly apprehensive when we arrived. The team were very friendly and the manager Alex and Abel (Asst Man) were both easy going, friendly and provided good banter. The food was great - fresh and plentiful and we looked forward to...
