Another hotel lost my reservation so was a "walk in" and they found me a great room at a great rate.

The rooms were very comfortable and quiet for the most part. The breakfast was probably the best I've seen with an omelette bar, sausage, bacon and pancakes made to order. The only real complaint I have was no WiFi. I can go to a cheaper hotel and the WiFi is free.

i really don't like to do things by making comparisons ,but here it is. over the past ten years or so vhen visiting in the greensboro area, we have stayed at the pti embassy. during our last visit to the area, we went to the embassy in w-salem...mistake. overall: staff not a friendly; food was disappointing and overpriced; and room... Where is the free Wifi? I'm a local resident and just stayed here for relaxing time And would have really enjoyed some wifi in my room. $10.00 is a little excessive Considering you can go to even cheap motels and get free wifi. It's a minor thing so I would still come back here because the rooms were very nice... More

A group of friends spent a long weekend in Greensboro for a weekend away. We chose the Embassy Suites. This was a solid choice -- typical ES dependability, close to the airport, and generally quiet location. Overall, we would return to the Embassy Suites. While there was nothing particularly memorable about the hotel it was a safe choice. We stayed... More

The hotel is just above average in itself, but just below average in service. You will enjoy the hotel and have a comfy stay and is convenient to the airport, but there isn't much close by but business buildings. The beds are comfy and linens, but the pillows are goose-down and flat. I asked for foam or cotton and never... More

It's a beautiful embassy suites hotel. They gave us a corner suite but charged us normal price. The staff was friendly and efficient and helpful. The room was nice, quiet, comfortable couch and chairs. Everything was immaculate, as if the staff were preparing for a visit from royalty. But the bed was rock hard. This seems to be a hit-or-miss... More

Unfortunately I was asigned a room on the first floor. Never ever accept a room on the first floor because it is far too loud. Everyone on the first floor has to listen to the bar and restaurant patrons talking and the TVs etc etc. Other than the noise, the room was minimally acceptable. Much smaller than I expeced for... We traveled to Greensboro to meet with family for the weekend. The location is very convenient to highways and the airport. Our first try at getting a room was derailed by an inoperative door lock. The desk didn't seem to believe my explanation of "the card or lock doesn't work" and gave me another key card. On my third visit... More

I was in Greensboro for a week of training. Check-In was quick and my room was clean. My room was on the interstate side of the building so the room wasn't the quietest that I have ever had. The complimentary breakfast was good and parking was always easy to find. On my last night the lock on my door broke... More
