Property has only been a Motel 6 for a few months, yet it looks like it died years ago. This is a franchise location, and the worse I've ever stayed in. I can overlook the usual small issues with budget motels but there are so many here. No on sight security, which it needs, poorly lit parking areas, no security... More

I stayed here over a weekend night in early October. Total cost with tax was right around $50. The guy in the office was very nice and tried to apply every discount he could. Until fairly recently, this had been the Landmark motel, but was taken over by Motel 6, and they appear to be in the process of renovating... More

If a loud air-conditioner and metal doors slamming are your favorite things, then this is the place for you. The price was a bit too high, for the quality. The bed was surprisingly comfortable though. I arrived late (11:35 p.m.), after more than 10 hours on the road. I paid forty dollars and was asleep by 1:00 a.m.; but I'm... More

I stayed at the landmark in greensboro Nc, for a weekend with some friends. The rooms were really dirty and they smelled really bad. The service at the front desk was horrible, they were very rude and didnt answer any of your questions. The rooms had BEDBUGS and roaches in them crawling from the beds and the walls. The bathroom... I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE STAY HERE!! The rooms were terrible. My room was missing part of the bathroom door. There was a socket that appeared rotted and had a peculiar odor coming from it. And the worst part was the BEDBUGS!! I started noticing little red bumps on my arm that later spread to my neck, face and legs.... More

Not a place I'll stay again after learning the Landmark Inn has had three separate murders in October and November 2009! If you think this is inflammatory exaggeration, please check out local media sources before you dismiss this warning. Guests check in at the Landmark Inn, but will they check out? Anything, anywhere would be better.

I stayed at the Landmark Inn over memorial day weekend and I have to say I was expecting it to be noisy, but as it turns out I found it to be quite peaceful, the rooms were clean and the desk clerks were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
