We were there for the Great 100 Nurses in NC Gala. When we showed up it took a LONG time to get a bellman - like 25 minutes. When he finally arrived her was very courteous and apologetic. The food provided at the banquet was very tasty... better than your average rubber chicken. Service was okay, though I would not... More

Expensive hotel in area, cheaper across the street getting two drink tickets and a free breakfast. Same hotel with some updates each year. Very loud hotel and night club experience. Experienced staff been there for years.

After reading reviews here I was a bit concerned about staying at this property but was pleasantly surprised. I stayed in the tower and my room was very nice. Updated, comfy bed, plenty of space, clean and quiet. Customer service is not stellar, requires some effort on your part to get anything done and not necessarily with a smile, but... More

We have a 2 day conference here. The front desk was amazingly helpful and friendly. We have a one bedroom suite which was odd. My daughter had a connecting room and her one king sized bedroom was double the size of our bedroom. Our bathroom was a weird diamond shape but nice. There is no door between the bedroom and... More

Just stayed there while attending a conference and I had a great stay. All the staff were gracious and helpful. My room was clean and spacious with plenty of room. I did not need housekeeping service so I put the do not disturb sign on my door. If this is the case for you be sure and use the "green... More

We have stayed at the Sheraton Four Seasons in Greensboro numerous times over recent years and each time were exceptionally pleased.....until tonight. We made our reservations weeks in advance and booked a room that would accommodate five people. When we arrived and were given keys to our room, it was a small room with two double beds - the smallest... More

In September, 2014 I returned to Greensboro, NC for an event at Bennett College, my alma mater. The host hotel was the Sheraton Greensboro at Four Seasons which I have stayed many times when returning to Greensboro. So I expected the same hotel and was I surprised. They have renovated and I felt as if it was a "Boutique" hotel.... More

I have stayed at this property several times. This time I booked two rooms for concurrent timeframes- 1 for a 2 night stay and the other for a 1 night stay. Both reservations were booked through SPG.com. The first was booked as a 3 bed suite (2 in the bedroom and a Murphy bed in the living room). This was... More

It's quite a large hotel. My room is clean with nice amities. The downside is that all lamps are CFL... ewwuu I hate this kind of lighting but understand that its Environmentally friendly with its low current draw. When my group checked in -- all separate rooms -- and for four nights some of us were Gold Starwood Preferred members... More

The room was clean, modern, and inexpensive compared to other similar properites in other cities. Staf was pleasnt and helpful. fitness room could use more weight equipment. People waited often to use the one machine. One part of the property appears to be a former, remodeled Holidan Inn or similar. The pool is only outdoor, as opposed to both. At... More
