This hotel is not the place for traveling sports teams. It's geared more towards the business person with an expense account. The accommodating rooms and custodial employees did not compensate for the lack of accommodations in breakfast service, available microwaves, available late check outs or front desk service. The title sums it up, we didn’t have a reservation and the front desk staff worked to get us two rooms adjacent to each other. The entire staff was friendly and very helpful. The hotel and rooms were clean with updated amenities and a great continental breakfast. more
