Will definately stay here again. Not the nicest Hyatt (my favorite hotel chain BTW) I've stayed in, but definately Hyatt standard. Huge plasmas a great bonus - comfy sectional and super comfy bed. "Cafe" area was really nice. I had a late night cookie attack, so I ordered some and they were really good. Next door to a GREAT Japanese... more

This hotel is not the place for traveling sports teams. It's geared more towards the business person with an expense account. The accommodating rooms and custodial employees did not compensate for the lack of accommodations in breakfast service, available microwaves, available late check outs or front desk service. They did let the kids eat 15 minutes early on Friday morning... more

The title sums it up, we didn’t have a reservation and the front desk staff worked to get us two rooms adjacent to each other. The entire staff was friendly and very helpful. The hotel and rooms were clean with updated amenities and a great continental breakfast. more

We arrived at 3pm for check in and were told the rooms weren't ready. So no big deal right? We were told if we wanted our 2 rooms side by side it would be hours or we could wait about 30 minutes and have the first 2 available rooms. We opted for the latter but after 30 minutes of sitting... more

I booked through Priceline and got a great rate of $59 plus tax. This is a great hotel. The rooms, like most Hilton Family hotels, are stylish and clean. Very comfortable with a little wall-insert seperating bed area from "living room" area. Huge flat screen TV, mini fridge, lots of bathroom sink space. The area is off Wendover near basically... more

Stayed here with a colleague for one night and have to say the location was very convenient for our purpose. The front desk staff was very friendly and gave us a "heads up" about a sports team that was staying at the hotel that night and booked us in another section of the hotel where it would be quieter. This... more

We booked a room at the Hyatt Place for a fun weekend trip to Greensboro. When we checked into our room we had one small problem. The room smelled of cigarette smoke even though the property went all non smoking. Perhaps it was a former smoking room. We went back to the front desk and asked to be switched which... more

I booked a room at the local Hyatt for my boyfriends birthday- just to get out of the house and do something new. We definitely enjoyed our stay. The main area looks a little like a neo-modern restaurant or bar, but I loved it. Checking in and out was extremely efficient, thanks to an electronic machine to skip any lines.... more

This place is great. Very clean, new, up to date furnishings, good location. Staff was courteous. We requested a room in the front because of the interstate traffic and they changed our room without any problems. The beds were very comfortable, large flat screen tv, room very large mini suite with sectional sofa, bar area, and computer desk. You will... more

We stayed overnight to take a rest from a 10 hr drive. The hotel felt very new. The rooms were well above average with an amazing 42 inch plasma tv. It just looked and felt like a 4 star hotel. the lobby breakfast area was clean,up to date and very comfortable and free continental breakfast. an amazing value. Worth straying... more
