Surrounded by many other hotels this DOG should be put down. Have to ask for shampoo? Really? Colored water for morning coffee? Really? Plastic covered "treats" for breakfast? Really? Waffled floors you trip over... doors that dont really close...Major lighting in all areas as there have been so many problems with "undesirable" people. Really? $80 a night during Market Week...... The front desk was accommodating and very polite. Our room was clean. The breakfast was vending machine pastries and coffee. A very good value if all you need is a good night of sleep and a cheap breakfast. I plan on returning next time we're in the area.

Hotel was neat, clean and nice for the age of the property. I am still in a dispute with the hotel over a different amount charged at check out and what I had in my confirmed printed reservation. Because of this issue, I would not ever stay there again. I don't like "scams".

Great place to stay and close to EVERYTHING!!great room for price. Smoking bones restaurant is awesome. And m n m soulfood is serious!! Guaranteed you will not only enjoy the hotel, but Greensboro itself. My room was by the ice machine and very quiet. Staff friendly and prompt. Enjoyed quick breakfast they offered. Will definitely be back.

I found this motel using online travel sites (Hotels.com, Expedia, etc.) Booked through Expedia which showed a Trip Advisor Logo and rating of 3.5 and it was priced below everything else at that rating level. I give it a 2, which means it will do if that's all you want to spend. It was mostly clean except for the carpet... More

Granted, it's no where near the grandest of places I've ever stayed. But for the money you really can't beat it! We only needed a room for one night during an event we were attending which was only going to give us time to sleep and shower then back out. I was pleasantly surprised with our room. It was clean... We stayed here for 3 days 2 nights on a weekend business conference. We were traveling with a 6 month old child as well and I didn't hesitate to let her touch the bed linens or anything (like I have feel leery about in some places) I would definitely stay here again. Our room was very clean and quiet. There... More

I stay here every time I go to Greensboro, and I have never been disappointed. It is a little above Motel 6 quality with a refrigerator and small breakfast. It is clean, quiet, comfortable, safe, convenient and a good value. I was completely satisfied.

I picked this Inn based on reviews I read on Travel Adviser, (the reviews made me feel better about being frugal). Our room looked clean at first glance but upon further inspection sticky little finger prints were everywhere, the bathroom did not smell clean, and the towels were not soft which made our trip out in the sun all day... ...but my room was NOT so great. Maybe mine was all that was available since there was a huge furniture convention going on. The "manager" at the front desk was very nice. The bed was comfortable. Since I was only there for one night and only to sleep, I didn't ask for a different room, but I did call and... More
